*I choose who wins the Hunger Games. And talk to someone before you go off, killing their character. I will pm someone, who writes good, detailed posts, to be the winner. Then, everyone creates new characters, and we start over. Before we have twenty-four tributes, the districts can describe the reapings, and their good-byes.
*You can wound a character without the owner's permisson. Owners, they will survive, so dont get upset, or else you will be banned.
*I decide when a parachute with supplies comes, and when the Gamemakers 'spice' things up a bit. Dont pm me with ideas about it.

[Romeo is cunning, headstrong, and smart. He looks out for his friends, and would do anything for them. When it comes to life or death, Romeo plays it cool and doesn't freak out. Most times Romeo is unforgiving and cold, but it's just because of his families death. Romeo can be a really good friend and is sometimes nice, kind and friendly. Surprisingly, Romeo isn't full of himself, nor does he care about looks, but he doesn't mind a lovely and charming girl, though. Personality- Strong willed, thick headed, and defienatly not wanting to be at the Quarter Quell. Being raised in 6, she can handle the smells of death, control her emotions, and of course, not get sick at the sight of rotting, dieased things. Like every other teenage girl, she is emotional and has her unexpected ups and downs. With a hint of sass, and a pinch of back talk, she can come across as annoying. It's just that no one understands her mostly.

I have a handfull of a family to take care of; as the eldest son, I get to overlook my three younger siblings, which is quite a daily struggle since I have to make sure I feed them aswell. My mother is pretty useless: don't get me wrong, but she has been in a terrible state of mind and health ever since our father died in a coal blast.

I am pretty handy with a dagger; merchants at the Hob want clean, healthy game and skillfully killed aswell. I can handle bows and arrows aswell, but my forté are snares and traps: this is the easier, more reliable way of ensuring your family gets fed. I can fish alright, too, and won't drown if I get put in a lake or stream. I also know my plants pretty well, and I am of lithe build and fast footing. Having grown up in a forest, I climb like a squirrel. However, I am pretty bad with swords and axes, along with spears and tridents.
History-
My dad died in a coal shaft - nice death, huh? I was born in the Seam, and have the classic looks of one of their inhabitants, dark, curly hair along with grey eyes and plae facial features. I have been hunting - illegaly - and spend the rest of my time either worrying about my family, in the black market, in the woods or in school.
