The whisper echoes in your head. A white light. Suddenly, you're in a wide clearing faced by an immense white creature. There are wide-eyed people all around you, all gazing at the obviously powerful creature before you. It's bright green and red eyes seem to see right through you, yet have a softness about them that only wisdom of the ages can bring. You hear a whisper in your head once more.
"Greetings, human. I am Arceus. Let me welcome you to my world, or as you call it, the world of pokemon. Lately this world, my beloved world, has been plagued with foolish humans who seek to obtain and abuse all the power they can. I fear I can no longer ignore this threat. We have come together, and decided that each of the great legendary powers will bond with a human for their own safety. This is you, and the others beside you. You and the others will be responsible for protecting your assigned legendary, as you refer to them." Arceus motions to a large stone tablet behind it. On it are all the names of the eligible legendaries. "This will be the record of who bonds with who. Each of you will step up to the tablet. Once you have been chosen, I will record it here."
Nervously, a girl looks up from the crowd, and asks "How will we know if we have been chosen?"
Arceus turns, a smile in it's eyes, and replies "You just will."

There is a rumor spreading. A rumor that Team Galactic has somehow rallied Teams Plasma and Rocket. Now back, and stronger than ever, they will stop at nothing until they have harnessed the power of the legends. They now call themselves Team Cosmos. It is your dearest wish to see them succeed, but will you survive to see the dream made real in the dog-eat-dog

What's the story of the bonding moment: Nervously, Kai stepped up to the stone tablet, and closed her eyes.
"How will I know when I'm picked?" she thought bleakly.
After a minute, she opened her eyes. She was standing before a large white creature. It too had piercing red eyes, yet was quite different from Arceus in that it had wings, stood on two legs, and some other differences.
"Palkia." Kai gasped, completely in awe.
Palkia rumbled a gentle affirmative, and leaned down towards Kai. As Kai looked up, a pearly sphere about the size of her head materialized in her now outstretched arms. Her hand brushed the large pearl gently, marveling at it's silky perfection. While marveling, she felt a consciousness brush hers. She knew it must be Palkia when it whispered. "Human. You know me, and now I know you. You are Kaila, the one Arceus brought to be my companion. Thank you."
Kaila blinked away the onslaught of tears, and found herself back in the huge clearing. She was standing in front of the tablet, holding Palkia's precious pearl. Palkia itself hovered just beyond the clearing, calmly observing the spectacle.
At that moment, Arceus moved to put her name on the tablet next to her new beloved partner's. She couldn't help but smile.

What's the story of the bonding moment: Huff! Huff! "Why isn't there a darn exit in this stupid cave!" Sora muttered to herself as she ran through the mountain. Suddenly she saw an opening and ran through it. What she saw made her gasp. "Wow this place is huge." She was in a cavern the size of five football fields and inside was a hole so big it looked like a meteor crashed through. "Great now where do I go?" Sora wondered. Suddenly there was a bright blue light so she had to cover her eyes. When she looked again about a meter in front of her was a big blue and white creature with many interesting characteristics. She was baffled at the sight of it. "What is this thing?" She thought to herself. "I am Dialga the ruler of time." Sora was so surprised that she almost fell down the pit. "Why are you here Dialga!?" she said. the voice in her head replied. "I have chosen you to be my partner." "Why?" she asked. "You seem to have a strong willed heart, I like that. So can I join You?" Blaze would protect Atome with his life, he loves her that much. Very loyal, and very set in his ways, he's always trying to keep Atome from danger. He doesn't like change.
Collie is a sweetie pie, and she loves to cook. In battle though she is the exact opposite.
Noir is very much to herself and doesn't like to join the others for meals and such. She loves to battle.
Skydive loves contests. She loves the attention she gets and is a very determined pokemon. She rarely gives up.
Terminator Is the base of this team, a powerhouse. He never really talks, but uses actions to let others know what he wants. He is also very protective of Atome, being her first pokemon.
Volt is a hopeless romantic. He always tries to show off for the ladies, but is quite the smart battler. He is very quick, in battle and in speech.

Born and raised in the small town of Verdanturf, Bird lived a rural life with little knowledge of the outer world. It was peaceful and quiet, living with her mother and father, and she knew no fear or danger.
However, an accidental fire swept over the town at her early age of eleven, and she escaped in the skin of her teeth - but her family didn't. Bird grew to be an extremely wary and timid child from that time on. She escaped towards Mauville City, not stopping for anything, and now desperate to be rid of her loneliness. She later found a companion in Rush, an Adamant-natured Electrike that she befriended on Route 110 after fleeing south. Rush quickly grew close to Bird, protecting her from anything that she feared or anything that seemed dangerous as they traveled aimlessly through Hoenn. The pair soon ended up in Johto. By this time, Bird had grown and calmed herself with the help of her loving partner. They settled themselves in the beautiful, serene Ecruteak City where they live today. Seemingly erratic at times with an ever-changing personality - Bird can seem sad at one moment and peppy the next. On the inside, she feels constant fear and is always wary of those around her. It is extremely hard to earn her trust; the only ones she can truly count on are her Pokemon and herself. A secluded, harsh life is the norm for her, and she can be quite timid or shy when talking to strangers or meeting new people.
Bird is a strong lover of nature - she would much rather go out running or climbing a tree on her own than joining in on a big party with many people. She enjoys traveling and exploring new places, more specifically with just her Pokemon. She is a girl of strong will and few words.
