The biggest city in the South Island of New Zealand, Christchurch is renowned for its tree littered streets and astounding botanical gardens, located within the heart of the city.
So this, of course, is the perfect haven for a secluded, and rare, race of vampires.
Reverse Vampires.
They have come from all over the globe to set up a coven within this Pacific Island, hiding within a small manor with towering perimeter walls to conceal their secret.
Most neighbours simply think that Baron Manor is a boarding house and all the occupants simply rent a room; but sadly that is not true.
But the neighbours need not worry, for it is not their necks that these vamps are after...

The story of how Reverse Vampires came into being and what they became...
These extremely rare beings feed off of the blood of plants aka chlorophyll instead of human or animal blood. Sunlight increases their powers which are stronger than the average vampire by day (depending on intensity of the sun) and weaker than the average vampires by night. They have no other weaknesses and can only be killed by beheading or complete incineration. Legend has it that an ancient vampire was enchanted by a wizard of Babylonian king Nebuchadnezzar II. The vampire fell in love with a fair royal lass who spurned his advances due to his blood lust. He asked the wizard to remove the desire for blood yet at the same time keep his powers. The wizard did so but the vampire not sickened by blood grew ever weaker. Finally one night in the Hanging Gardens Of Babylon he became fixated on a mystical giant Venus flytrap type plant enchanted by the wizard as well from an earlier experiment. The vampire bit into it and began drinking the chlorophyll which tasted like sweet sugar to him. He soon gained his strength back and was able to walk in the sunlight but unfortunately he didn't realize his power was now linked to that plants chlorophyll and once it wore off he burst into flames and died.
However the plant became the only plant on Earth to be "brought across" by a vampire. It became a vampire plant and whenever someone happened past it they were attacked by it. Before the plant was cast out into the nearby swamp it brought across a handful of people who became Reverse Vampires. Since they can't bring transform anyone into a vampire their number are few. The worlds only vampire plant was washed down river and eventually embedded itself in the soil along the bank. It transformed a rare few who happened across it over the centuries and some say the worlds only immortal plant still exists somewhere in modern day Iraq.

Rules and General Information.
- This is Semi-lit+ so you know what I am too expect. No less than a four line paragraph per post. You forms will show me how you roleplay, so I will be judging you by them.
- All Vampires must look older than 18. They can be thousands of years old, but must be able to hold a job.
- The Head Vampire position will be open to someone else, not me. If you wish to take that position, you're going to have to impress me. :3 Head Vampire must be the oldest, and preferably male.
- Head Vampire must be listened to at all times, if you do not, punishment will fall into their hands.
- "The Brothers" act as brothers to the Head Vampire, and he would treat them as such, regardless of gender. They are second in command.
- Daughters aren't necessarily treated like daughters and Sons aren't necessarily treated like sons. It's just a tradition title.
- Please steer away from your cliche vampire characters. Reverse vampires do not have the same problems as normal vampires; so they shouldn't be the same.
- Reverse Vampires still have fangs and they still have to sink them into something to be able to feed.
- You can have two characters. Either a Male and a Female, or two Males.
- I would like a multicultural group of characters, since they've come here from all over the world.
- No real pictures.
- If we get more character submission then slots, I WILL ADD MORE SLOTS. There is no character limit. This RP will ALWAYS be accepting.
- This RP is rather plotless, so please, if you have an idea, PM me or tell the group about it in OC. Feel free to create mini-plots to your hearts content.
