Papyrus was outside, standing with his back against the wall. He was smoking, because he knew that when he went inside, they wouldn't let him. He sighed, and just listened to the birds singing and the flowers blooming.

Napstablook was sitting right outside school, blaring his mixtape. He was probably gonna get in trouble for it, but he didn't care. Besides, who would punish someone on the first day?

Error Sans just roamed the outside.

Fresh jumped onto Error Sans from behind, dropping a furby in the process. "HEY BRAH! I know you messed up, and that's a pretty un-fresh accident! So my rad broseph, to make you feel better on the inner-side, I'm gonna give you a totally sicknasty furby! Thanks for the existential crisis, my totally sicknasty cool rad bro!"

(...I don't know what I'm doing with my life.)

The goop pile prepared his classroom for the impending students having quite the trouble trying to organize papers, as the doors would open any moment by Toriel's hand. He was some-what nervous, as this was his first year teaching.. This was pretty much his first year free of the darkness. Gaster shook his head. The white papers would stick to his gelatinous body and hands making this process quite annoying.

(honestly I was so close on using Swagster instead of gaster)

Error Sans looked up at Fresh. After a bit of silence, he replied. "What?"

Toriel decided to stop by Gastor's classroom. "Doors are opening in ten minutes. Are you ready for the first day of teaching?"

"Ahaha, sorry brah! I confuse plenty of people. Just take it, alright, my rad bro?" And with that, Fresh slipped away like nothing happened.

The goop stopped wrestling with the paper and looked over at Toriel, the now dirtied paper fluttered down to the floor and he scratched the back of his head and replied,"As ready as I can be I suppose." His room was dimmed with glow in the dark stars and planets scattered along the ceiling. He looked down thinking on how he wanted to thank Toriel for giving him this job, despite just showing up out of no-where, He was certain that she hated him yet she proved him wrong. And because of this his true words of gratitude couldn't actually come out he just spilled out the words,"T-thank you. For all this." And gave her a small smile.

Error Sans just stood there confused, but accepted the small gift.

Toriel smiled back. "No problem! Just warning you, there are some students that can be of trouble, just send them to my office. I'm going to go open the doors."

Gaster nodded and adjusted his glassed then responded,"I would assume that's how most children are. And I'll be waiting with baited breath." He chuckled a little and turned around back to his desk waiting for the students.

Toriel walked up to the doors, and unlocked them. She pushed open the doors, and the first bell rang. She stood by the door, answering questions.

Napstabot grabbed his mixtapes, and went inside.

Papyrus sadly threw out his cigarette and went inside, giving Toriel a nod.

Error Sans smiled and disappeared.

Fresh gave Toriel a high-five as he walked in, a huge, dorky smile on his face.
