A shaky America walks up to the rest of the nations, including the Axis, who sat groggily in the back, except for Italy, who had his signature cheeky grin on his face. "Ehem" America nervously cleared his throat. "So recently...I found something..Q-quite amazing" His voice cracked a little. Small murmurs came from the nations but they stopped when America began speaking again. "I have found the new Hetalia!" He announced. Now many, loud, chatters arose. Some angry, coming from Germany and Prussia. Some in shock, such as Japan and China. And some ones of pure horror, coming from England and Austria. Only a few murmurs were signaling happiness. America spread out one of his arms and several children stumbled from behind him, 50 to be exact. 2 of them seemed to be shied away from the crowd, then there was 3 groups, and the edges of them seemed to be arguing. America quickly shushed them and looked at the crowd with a nervous grin, and pleading eyes. "A new Hetalia...But they're so small!" Germany complained. America nervously scratched his foot against the ground. "Thats because they aren't countries..." He said in a small voice. Several gasp came from the crowd. "They're states to be exact"

Details: Matthew has brown hair that can be pulled into a loose ponytail. He has bright, stormy grey blue eyes contrasting an ugly burn on the right side of his face near his ear and usually puts his hair down to cover it. He's an average figure, but with a little thicker arms from being a farmer. He can usually be seen wearing sweatpants, t-shirt, and red converses. It's either that a suit, his farming clothing, or just shorts and a shirt.

Personality: For starters, Matthew is a pretty international person. O'Hare International Airport (located in Chicago) and stands as the fifth most international airport, which means Matthew has a wide range of languages. Growing up, Matthew spoke French until later in his life (not much later) when he grew up he was taught English. But now, he knows a lot of Spanish and Polish. Matthew's mood can change rapidly, usually from grumpy to very happy (just like the weather). He keeps to himself but to mortals and countries, he's friendly and kind. He can be slightly impatient and has an extremely short-temper. Matthew is likely to throw out his swears willy nilly but can act civilized and kind. He's a bit radical and has a bit of a cultural clash going on. He enjoys pop music as well as his hidden love for country music. Matthew is a big-city sort of guy and loves technology and is a brave character despite being short-tempered and a bit too crazy for somethings. But do watch out, Matthew has had some relationships with Al Capone. Matthew isn't afraid to fight for what he stands for but over political things he can be one sided or torn apart.

Details:
Kizzy stands at about 5'5", being the 10th biggest state She loves quite a few things, but they just happen to be state symbols. Bison have to be her utmost favorite animal. She has walnut-colored hair that is normally straight but wavy, if not curly, at the bottom. Her skin is fairly pale, but she tends not to mind. Her eyes are a light blue-gray as well.

As far as outfitting goes, she likes to wear mid-thigh length shorts in the summer, often accompanied by regular t-shirts. Formally, she wears a knee-length blue dress, black leggings underneath as well as boots. In the winter, she has a brown jacket, almost like Greece's. A black scarf is neatly wrapped around her neck and she has black boots with fluff on the inside. Often, during those months, she wears skinny jeans or sweat-pants.

For any wondering, she loves the Wyoming Indian paintbrush and has several around her home.

Rowan is a relatively short guy and stands about 5'3" as he is the seven smallest state in America. He has pale blonde hair which darkens at the roots. His eyes are a blue and they are tinted a silver. He has small black tapers in both ears and often wears a collar, almost like a dogs. His skin is pale too. He loves heavy metal and gaming.

As for outfitting, he often wears a short sleeved shirt, mostly band merchandise - in the summer, of course. He has a number of silicone band bracelets on his wrists and he keeps them at all times. During the summer, he tends to wear jeans and boots, almost like dark combat boots. Winter can get a bit cold, but he is often prepared. He tends to wear darker colored jackets, his usual jeans and warmer boots, mostly layered with socks, topped off with a beanie - but he can almost always be seen with it.

He has a Boston accent, for any wondering. He has a Boston terrier named Genki - after a character in Saints Row, a bay Morgan horse gelding named Caspian, and a calico tabby cat named Zelda, all of them being state symbols.
