When does the day end? Why do people scream? No one is running, so why do they look so disgusted? Is it the man that fell, or is it… me.
I’ll tell you what, the whole world is mysterious and it makes too much sense. I hear the voices screaming raging all at once, and it never ends. I am Sirda… and I am gone within a wisp of wind, the people hitting me, yelling at me, and even biting me. Why do I have to hear their thoughts… why?
I feel free, but what is missing. Did I miss something? I fail to realize where the road ends, and I wander endlessly. Why do I have to be so different? Why can’t I control it? I’m Issabelle Octavius, I do not belong anywhere, I want my father.
Well hello there I see you have stopped off at our quaint region of Inoa named for the In and Oa sisters who found it. Did you know, there are new kinds of pokemon who live here so go on into the forest and begin your Journey.
Astia walked through the town, Rocca in her backpack, “This is the best day ever, don’t you think Rocca?”
The Eevee nodded, “I wonder if she’ll really catch more or help others”, Rocca thought shaking her head.
Rocca and Astia had been together since Astia had saved her 1 year ago from a pack of Raticate. She had been fooling around with their tails without knowing it and woke them up. They chased her around but luckily Astia had been walking with Rayquaza that day and heard the fight. Astia ran over with Rayquaza and defended the small Eevee by speaking to them and calming them down. Rocca followed her all the way to her pokemon license and has been there for her ever since.
Astia was abandoned by her parents after she was born. She spent two days outside in the dark forest before she was found by the legendary pokemon Rayquaza. She enjoyed growing up with him and learned to speak to pokemon. She always wanted to become a trainer so she left Rayquaza and got her license, bringing Rocca on an adventure worth venturing.
Astia walked to the first restaurant she could find and walked in hoping the prices were low. She looked up at the prices and yelped as they were too high.
“Well I guess we’ll just have to go into the forest and search for food then, I wish Joonya were here he’d know what to, Astia said walking outside, “Well I guess if he were here he’d scare everyone off.”
“Well he is rather large”, Rocca replied jumping onto Astia’s shoulder, “Besides you told him you could do this on your own.”
“You’re right I did say that”, Astia said her stomach once again rumbling, “Well I still wish I had some food right now.”
Rocca’s belly rumbled as well and she giggled, “Me too let’s go find some apples.”
“Alright Rocca I can deal with that, I hope we find more pokemon… especially legendaries.”
The two walked into the forest searching for apples when they found a new pokemon named Dorvaas.
“Wow, Dorvaas… what moves does it have?” Astia asked.
“No one knows the Dorvaas’ moves except for the natives and the trainers”, her pokedex said.
“Then we’ll just have to find these people and scratch it out of them.” Rocca replied playing with her trainers hair.
As Astia and Rocca walked in search for the natives Team Rocket planned a big heist on the continent.
“I think we should knock people out with Wheezings gas attack and then take all their pokemon”, James said.
“YOU IDIOT WE CAN’T USE POKEMON FROM OUTSIDE OF THIS REIGON?!” Jessie yelled hitting his head, “We should steal a pokemon with the ability to knock out people without having them know… a pokemon like, like... Jigglypuff!”
“Heh, except I don’t think there ah any Ji… OUCH?! what was dat foh?” Meowth said rubbing his head.
“You fool there is a Jigglypuff right over there in that girls arms, ripe for the taking.”
Little did Team Rocket know that the girl as Jessie had referenced earlier was Astia and things were about to become odd.
Team Rocket came out of the bushes, “Prepare for trouble”, Jessie said.
James just sat there and snored. Apparently she hit him so hard she knocked him unconscious.
“WAKE UP YOU FOOL?!” Jessie yelled kicking James.
“What are you two doing here?” Astia asked.
“We’re here to capture all kinds of rare pokemon and take over the world of coarse… say you look familiar, but you can’t be”, Jessie replied
“What do you mean ‘you can’t be’? I can’t be what?”
“Never mind, hand over that Jigglypuff”, James said finally awake.
“Do you want to go?” Astia asked the small pokemon.
The Jigglypuff nodded and jumped out of her arms and ran to them. Astia staggered back shocked that the small pokemon would help them.
“I can’t believe dat worked”, Meowth said excited.
Jigglypuff began to sing and Astia listened not falling asleep. Rocca fell asleep even though her trainer seemed to be unaffected.
What they didn’t know is that Astia had gone through many days listening to Jigglypuff's song so that she could stay awake, this was the only time she was able to do it other than the first time. The first time she was awake for the song, but fell asleep soon after.
After the song Astia walked over to Jigglypuff and congratulated her, when she did though, Jigglypuff began to glow.
“What’s happening?” Astia asked as her pokemon changed into… Wigglytuff, “Wow, Jigglypuff evolved into Wigglytuff.”
Astia pulled out her pokedex out, “Wigglytuff, the balloon pokemon, and the evolved form of Jigglypuff. By inhaling air, Wigglytuff can expand it’s body, and it’s fur is soothing to the touch”, it said.
“Wow”, Rocca thought waking up, “I guess it’s pretty powerful… I hope Astia doesn’t replace me.”
“Amazing, I love you already Wi… wait what’s your name again… mmhmm, alright Draine lets show…” Astia tried to say as other members of team Rocket grabbed her.
Jessie stood up and said, “Take her to headquarters.”
At that moment James looked at Astia and saw a small bracelet with an R on it, but instead of telling Jessie he decided to stay quiet and play it safe.
Astia struggled as they took her away. She was shoved into a dark van and taken to a large facility far away from there. They put her inside a machine. As they closed the doors pain coarsed through her, going to every vein and artery in her body. It felt as if her entire body had fallen asleep and she couldn’t wake it up.
When the machine finally opened up she looked and felt different. She had become a POKEMON and Rocca had evolved into Umbreon.
