Love. It's the Craziest thing. It would seem wise to stay away from something that can hurt you, but yet we are attracted to this thing called love like a moth is to light. But, if that moth gets to close to the light, the light will burn the insect, killing it's emotion and life.
It's the same thing with love. There's always several stages of this. First there's the crush. You think that this someone is so cute, that if you were asked out by him/her, you would smile like a goofball. Then there's the awkward lovers. It might be your first date, or your third boyfriend/girlfriend, but each new person is a new and nerve racking experience. Then there's that moment where you don't know what your heart is telling you. Your special someone has hurt you, but part of you still loves them. Then you slowly glue back together, or stay broken.
But yet, us humans, are compelled to break the rules and get hurt aren't we?

Ryan rather just lay back and watch as others do the work. He's good at giving orders, but bad at doing the orders. So he's more of a leader then a follower. He does though know when to step down and listen adn when to take things into his own hands no matter how stupid they may sound. He was the outgoing bigger brother between him and his brother. His parents seemed more proud of him then his brother as they led social lives, which made Lucas get to know more people, good and bad. in his late teens he changed slightly, becoming more bold and calling people out, including his parents. But at school when his "friends" would pick on his brother, calling him names, Ryan let his temper lash out. He stood up for his younger brother, showing that he can care sometimes.
History:
When he saw his new family that wanted to adopt him, Ryan had his doubts. They already had a son, one that looked his age, why another one? When the other child wondered off, Ryan wondered closer. He caught tidbits of the conversation, like how the couple wanted a outgoing son, maybe one that would help Chase, the other kid, come out of his shell. Well, that's not happening. Thought Ryan.
He didn't make Chase outgoing as him, but he did become his friend. He became his friend for many reasons, but the main one was how could parents not like their son because he was shy?

He's not that good at a sports. Most guys play a sport and are great, but when it's Ryan and sports, he just sucks.

Kylee isn't someone that lets others tell her what to do. She's pretty much stubborn untill it comes to those moments where her common senses kick in. She's been known to flirt with guys, but never goes to far. Kylee is a girl that often speaking her mind when ever it comes to her. If she agrees with something, she'll go along with it, but if she doesn't she'll just stand there and argue back. But when the situation calls for it, she can put aside her mind and just run. History:
Kylee's mom was divoreced when she was three. An when Kylee was five Chris, her now step-dad joined the family. They moved from one apartment to another, whenever their lease was up. Personality: Miki is super sweet and bubbly. She loves to brighten peoples days and be positive about everything. She loves to meet new people and brighten their day's, too. History: Her first mother loved her with all of her heart, one tragic day she died in a plane crash near the coast of Chile. Miki grew depressed, and her father married another woman. Her step-mom hated her guts, she locked her in closets and told her how much she was hated. When she was seven years old, social services came and put her in a foster home. Personality: Quiet and laid back, Rowan gets along with everyone due to his mild nature. He becomes attached very easily though, so don't enter his life if one plans on leaving it. Vanessa could care less about what other people think of her and lives life in the here and now, not worrying about what has happened in the past or what's going to happen in the future. There isn't a moment when she isn't joking around or messing with her friends--or anyone for that matter.
Although it isn't always a good thing, she's the type of girl to put on a smile no matter what she's feeling inside. From her completely random and fun personality, your first guess would probably be that she has the perfect family, the perfect parents, and the perfect life. Wrong. When Vanessa was only seven-years-old, her mother unexpectedly died of an unknown illness; sending her dad in a downward spiral. Turning to drinking and drugs as an escape from the pain, her father has been in and out of just about every rehab in the state. With no where else to go, and being under-age at the time, Vanessa was forced to live with her aunt and uncle in Washington, along with her twin brother, Brennan. Of course now her father has gotten his life on track, but occasionally has breakdowns and she is the one who has to help him through them, which is the main reason why she is extremely compassionate and caring towards just about everyone. No matter how happy a person looks, you don't know what kind of pain they may be hiding inside, just eating away at them, which is exactly how she is. She never tells anyone but her best friends about her life and is always reluctant to open up to people she doesn't know well.

Unlike his sister, Brennan is the very definition of cold and sarcastic. He doesn't care who you are or what you do, if you annoy him, he'll be the first to point it out. Try to talk to him and he'll only respond with one of his sarcastic remarks.
It is a rare sight to catch him with any expression-well, besides annoyed- other than his cold, blank stare. At first impression he may seem like a rather rude person, only caring about what will be beneficial to him; if you really take the time to get to know the real Brennan, you'll find that underneath his hard exterior is a very sweet and caring guy. He actually isn't rude at all, a better word to describe him would be "lost" or "broken". Since he's gone through so much in his short seventeen years, he pushes people away, not wanting to have to explain why he acts the way he does.
History:
Being so young at the time of his mother's death, Brennan really didn't know how to deal with the pain he was feeling. That doesn't mean that he didn't try, because he did, but every time he went to his father for help his only response would be to "man up". As a result, Brennan became a cold individual, ignoring the world as his way of avoiding more pain.
