The Children
❀ It was a very hot day, and you were sticking with your parents. You were at your mom/dad's company picnic, when the face painter showed up. Finally! You go up to them and ask for the design of your dreams. The face painter smiled, and painted you the picture PERFECTLY! An hour later, the face painter left in a mysterious gas cloud... but you don't care! After that experience, the person running the picnic had announced that the LARGE, GIGANTIC bounce house was finished setting up, and now all of the kids are invited to go in. You rush inside, and all of the kids that are already in there have their faces or arms painted! As the children came in, you notice your paint is... glowing? It is so for the other kids with paint on them, also. A voice echoed in your head, and it said "You must save everything... with your powers..."

You have acquired the powers that your face painting have possessed. For example, a fairy princess face paint will give you powers a fairy princess can have... A dog? You have super hearing and super scent. Each power is different, but there is one thing in common: You, and all other kids at the picnic who got their faces or arms painted, have one goal: save the planet from one thing, the Dark Ones.

The Dark Ones
❀ You have been haunting the shadows for many years, and your safehouse is Ottawa Lake, the lake that can be accessed by the people at the company picnic. For years, you have taken people from these gatherings, and have possessed their bodies. You go home from the picnic, and reign chaos in the household of the person you have taken over. After the death of the 'host' body, you retreat to the lake for next year...

But the children that are painted, which you call 'The Painted', are acquiring their powers. They are slowly learning to fight, and they are close to finding your hideout. You have to prepare for the battles ahead...
