A southern breeze rippled through the the grassy valley, bringing with it the scent of wolves. From atop the southern hill came a chorus of howls, wach slightly different. One who listened closely could detect four howls. In the village below people came out of their houses, smiling at the sight of this wolf pack. In a matter of seconds the wolves leapt as one down the hillside toward the village, moving so fast they were merely blurs. Upon their entry four young women walked out, hugging them and kissing their brows.
Barks of joy came from the wolves as they received their love gifts. After a few moments the girls backed away, standing and watching. The wolves each stood on their rear legs, and began to grow taller. Slowly the fur evaporated into their skin and their eyes grew rounder. Each slipped on their shorts quickly, and ran forward, hugging their girlfriends back.
That night a ceremony took place, one that would mark the beginning of a new year. With this celebration came a special event for all of the wolf-men and their brides. It was the Night of Eternal Mates, a time that marked the coming together of the powerful Winter spirit and the beautiful Summer spirit. With the celebration came a mating ritual of sorts.
By morning the joyous event was over, though most of the villagers wore smiles. From the four biggest houses in the center of the village came screams, and as each bride woke she found her wolf-man dead. Carved into their forehead two letters. They went in a semi-circle, forming the word "FINISHED" once put together. Knowing they were no longer safe the women left, going to a haven for wolf-men and their kin.
Upon arrival they were given special medicine that accelerated their pregnancies. Within days their were four little wolves running around. These wolves were different though. They weren't forced into their shape by another, they elected to shift. From then on they were known as wolf-skins, all four sons.
Now the sons are almost fifteen years old, and are running through the haven, named Luminest, in a pack. They have formed a brotherhood, and a little pack. On the other side of this large haven is another group of four, this containing girl lion-skins, a form of lion shapeshifter. The boys are drawn to them, but at the head of the lion-skins stand four men who carry little carving knives with letters carved into the sides and wolf blood in the hilt. It is up to the mothers to fight for their children, but who knows what will happen to four little boys.

☾ You have two characters that you can make, and that is it. Make them unique and fun. Remember that your character is in a pack/pride, and needs to interact with the other members. I will not accept any emo/goth stereotypes, any Mary Sues or Gary Stus, or any of those classic "loner" stereotypes. This roleplay is old fashioned, which means I want variety!

Drummer is clueless to the exact origin of his first name, but he believes that it is a bit of a memorial to his father, who was named Archer. Similarities lie within the two names, so it's his best guess. The middle name is a bit ironic being that it means "moon". It's origin is in English literature, where a boy warrior named Jace saved the world. His last name was his father's surname, and he finds it respectful to carry it. According to one of the older men in Luminest he was named by an older lady, not his mother.

Jace isn't lying when he compares himself to his father- they are nearly identical. He is a single inch taller than his father was, standing at six feet and three inches. Their weights are identical- one hundred seventy pounds. His complexion is a bit different though. Unlike his father, Jace tans- and he tans well. Where most people burn he earns a deep golden shade. Many people believe that he's a native american or African until they see pictures of him as a baby.

The eyes he was gifted with are probably the only thing that is a combination of his parents. He has his mother's ice blue base with the green and gold flecks from his father's eyes. Jace is always brushing his teeth, which gives them a brilliant white color. Some would say he has OCD. However, he claims that it is DTL, Dedication To Ladies.

Raegan Xavier Zimmerman is the name and it will never be worn out. The origin of the name is unknown to him at the moment but as far as he knows it was a mixture between a few names. As he hasn't met anyone else by this name Reagan is quite proud of it as it's one of a kind, later learning that his name mean "like a king" and "Impulsive", he wasn't surprised to know that he can be a little impulsive.

To be honest he can't wait until he's older but in real life Reagan is only Fifteen. The last child born into the werewolf pack which makes him the youngest, even if at times he doesn't act the youngest he still is.

Do I look good or what? Raegan is the mixture of both of his biological parents. His dark brown hair is something he had inherited from his father's genes, as well as his height which leaves him standing at a total height of 6 foot and 1 inches tall. At times his mother says he looks like his father but he doesn't know what to say to that. Raegan is well built though so don't treat him like he is fragile even if he looks fraglie because he isn't, his built is somewhat athletic, as he does have some muscle on his bones. Compared to the others his skin tone is pale when he doesn't get enough sun, but other times it can be a nice tan color. Perfectly natural of course, the only problem is that if he wants to keep it a nice golden tan color then he has to go out into the sun a lot longer then he already does.

Rumour has it that the eyes are door ways to the soul, Raegan's eyes are exactly like his father's. As he possess the dark caramel of his father, he has been told that there is the distinct feature of the blue outlining his pupil. Of course you can't see your own eye unless you look into a mirror but with the faith he has in his mother he trusts her.

There is one thing that Raegan does have and that would be this. The design is located on his left shoulder, as his mother doesn't know that he has it and he'd prefer to keep it that way for a while or until he is ready to tell her. There is a meaning behind it and the real reason he got the art in the first place was in honor of his father, the man that he hopes he'll be able to become one day.

At the current moment no girl has caught his eye. Though he hopes that one day he'd find the right girl that day is yet to come, in his mind Raegan only hopes that it'd be a funny moment when he meets the girl as that would mean it would be a good story to tell.

As he doesn't really like the idea of having to be tied down to someone if that ever happened the idea of a girlfriend seems to put him off a little. Personally he'd perfer it if he became good friends with a girl before he went out with her, even if that happened he would be protective of her as he'd care for her to much for his own good.

The thought of being tied down to someone scares Raegan a little. With his out going attitude he doesn't think he will ever find that one that no matter what people try to say, but in his heart he wants to just when he's older, if he lives to that age with all the crazy stunts he pulls.

At the current moment there are no little gremlins running around. One day in the possible future Raegan would love to have kids, even though the thought of little people being his responsibility scares him slightly he knows that the test of fatherhood will only come when little pups will be running around. In his mind Raegan just hopes to see little versions of himself in his next generation.

“Marry him or marry me” Known for singing some lyrics to some pretty odd songs at odd times, Raegan is one for a little bit of randomness. For all you know it could be the most quietest and intense moment until you hear someone singing a chorus to a song. Yes, that someone would in fact be Raegan. The boy isn’t ashamed of anything that he does as he regrets nothing he does. If you live you live once and he doesn’t plan on letting something like getting embarrassed occupy his time, if he gets embarrassed that would probably be by getting stuck up a tree… not that he gets stuck up trees all the time just when he was a little kid.

“You marry him your father will condone you” His boisterous behaviour is something that Raegan won’t live down but don’t worry. Raegan goes by a few things, one of those things being that someone created the shy people so that the outgoing ones can bring out who they truly are. Raegan loves talking to people, at times you won’t really be able to get him to be quiet because he talks a little bit too much but don’t let that scare you away. He is quite friendly towards people, if you’re mean though then don’t try to talk to him to much as he believes in treat others how you would like to be treated… only he believes in that half the time as everyone is different.

“You marry me your father will disown you” At times this little hooligan can seem a little reckless, probably a little to reckless. Yes he doesn’t like to read the caution label when doing something that could get him hurt but where’s the fun in that? Besides what are friends for? In some of the actions he does Raegan can be unconcerned about the consequences that may follow them. Whether those consequences be good or bad he really doesn’t mind, unless of course it affects others. In which then he would be a little worried and probably read the caution label or at least try and be careful in what he does.

“Marry him, marry me” When it comes to girls Raegan really sometimes doesn’t know when to stop or what to do. They to him can be a distraction at times as he seems to get easily distracted by them but he doesn’t let that stop him from anything. The dude is really a flirt, he’ll hit on anything that has two legs and a mouth but don’t let that give you any ideas he prefers girls…. Preferably human girls. Raegan never goes to far with them though as he knows there are boundaries. If he likes a girl he won’t hit on her like he does to others, sure he’ll flirt with her but he’d rather have a conversation instead.

“I’m the one that loved you baby can’t you see?” If you ever try to talk to Raegan about something serious he really wont want to talk to you about it. Sure he might try and pay attention to you but if he doesn’t think it is something to worry about he won’t pay attention to you. He doesn’t like to take things to serious sometimes so do forgive him if he starts to play some jokes on people. The jokes he plays are harmless ones and are only meant to be small ones that wont cause any damage to anyone. But if does hurt someone he never means it and will always beg for forgiveness or try to make it better somehow.

“Ain’t got no future or no family tree” When Raegan’s in love he really can be blind to a few things. Especially attention to detail, to him the world revolves around that special someone and that someone only. But before he actually falls in love he can be blind towards the person he crushes on as he thinks that love can be a weakness. He fears that if he loves someone they could be in danger of being hurt and if anything were to happen to them Raegan would never be able to forgive himself. When he falls in love you’ll know as he’ll be a little bit like a love sick puppy.

“But I’d know what a prince and a lover ought to be” Raegan has been told before that once you get something good make sure you don’t let go of it. When he finds that special one he can get protective of her as he doesn’t want anything to hurt her or to happen to her. Even with his friends Raegan is known to cause a little bit of chaos if someone tries to hurt his friends or family. Don’t think that he’s on one to back down easily because he won’t. What he says is what he means so don’t think that anything will get in the way of that. Unless you’re persuasive enough, if you’re in his ‘bad books’ make sure you stay out of his way.

Getting down and dirty is just one of the activities the boy loves to do. Anything to do with having fun or a challenge is something that Raegan just loves to do. Even if it involves some type of risk to him he’ll probably be the first one trying it. Food is important as it helps a guy grow up big and strong , at times Raegan can’t stop eating which might surprise some because of his size, but to be fair he burns it all off from the amount of energy he has afterwards. Hanging out the his fellow brothers is something he can’t live without. But most of all he can’t help but have a good time, even if he plays a small joke on one of them he knows that he’d never take it to far.

➵ Whats your name?
Whisper Jade Rayne is this girls full name. Wow, pretty strange huh? Well she think it is pretty neat. Maybe it's because it's unique or maybe because it doesn't have a normal ring to it. And of course Whisper means soft voice. And that's pretty accurate since Whisper is such a laid back person. But there is no shorting her name, so she doesn't really have a nickname. And that is just fine by her. As for the last name pronounced 'Rain', well she hasn't put to much thought into that either. Most girls her age are already overly excited about it changing, but that is the least of Whisper's worries.

➵ How old are you?
Fifteen years young. Whisper has the strange and annoying capability to be as mature as a twenty year old woman or the immaturity of a six year old gal. One thing is a fact, this girl refuses to act her age. Whisper may also be the smallest of the sisters, which gives her a younger look to her. Growing up can be a problem for some people. Some of them wanting to be older so they can be treated more seriously, or others wanting to be younger because they miss those days youth. But all that really doesn't matter to this teen, she just goes with the flow.

Well from first glance you can tell that Whisper is defiantly female. But judging on personality and clothing style, she is probably the most 'tom boy-ish" one of the lion-skin sisters. She may not be the most intimidating, she surely is the most carefree when it comes to appearances and keeping clean. Also her 'image' isn't that important to her, so the fact you think she is a weak little girl won't bug her. She will show you if your wrong or right when the right time comes.

Lion-skin of course. Whisper adores her fellow sisters, even though she isn't exactly one to always show it. Even though they tend to get upset with her lazier, simpler thinking attitude. She truly would not trade them for the world.

Whisper is a small gal, which can be a advantage for her. Her hair is pretty long and a dark raven color. It is pretty much naturally straight but there are noticeable waves in it. She usually keeps it parted to the side, with the 'bed head' look being what she goes. Even from a distance, the first thing you will notice about Whisper is her dark freckles around her checks and nose. Which also adds to the cute childish look that she has but hates. As for her eyes they are a dark chocolate brown, really nothing special. But again they can be pretty cute since they are pretty big compared to the rest of her. Then her skin, it has a freckle here and there but on her face it is full of them. And she always tends to be pale, no matter the amount of the time she spends outside.
