The Story

A Nuclear bomb was dropped onto a small city in America 50 years ago. Today, the children pay for it. Mutants are rare but are mutants from birth. The "normal" people who "take care" of the mutants, are called the Owners. Owners aren't as common as you'd think, and most of them are hard on the Mutants. I will allow 10 Owners and 10 Mutants, you can be a Normal if you like but it's not very interesting because you're technically not allowed to interact with mutants or owners if you're just a normal. The Ring is a special stadium where the mutants to go to be taunted and treated like circus acts, all Owners and Normals watch unless in The Ring, and the Owners must be in The Ring but only with their Mutants. Mutants can't be killed.

My Rules
1. No cussing. At all.
2. All of Tess' rules.
3. Keep torture scenes at least suitable.
4. This is Semi Lit, so grammar, spelling, and quantity because it all counts!
5. Minimum of 3 sentences per post!
6. This is romance but take Romantic scenes to PM or time skip please.
7. No-godmodding! ever.
8. No anime pictures, no RP it out, and the Histories and Personalities can not be short! DETAIL PLEASE!
9. No more than two characters.
10. KEEP GENDERS/MUTANTS/OWNERS EVEN.
11. You can't be your own Mutants Owner but check with the user for permission first, over PM to agree on the relationship between you.

City Rules (Which You can Break)
1. Mutants and Owners can't be together.
2. Mutants aren't capable of love.
3. Owners must hurt their Mutants at least 20 times a day.
4. Mutants must be taken to The Ring on their 17th Birthday.
5. Mutants have to be kept in their cages unless being trained, working, or in The Ring.

I am a gentle person by nature and I love looking after my horses. I'm loving, kind and quiet because I need to be... It's how I get through the thrashings and the beatings. I never really become angry until I'm in The Ring where I'm allowed to let all of my emotions go in a tyrant rage. It's for the entertainment of the 'normals' but I don't care. It's harsh therapy for the needy and I need it.
||History||
The first time I became a wolf I was 10 years old and the dog we had must have smelt it on me because he scratched my back, so badly that I now have a scar. I got angry and turned into a wolf to defend myself and I attacked the dog. My mum was trying to defend the dog and crying she shooed me out of the house onto the street and called for the police. I was locked up for 2 years before I was given my owner. Now I live in a cage... Waiting for to go back into The Ring. I went when I turned 17 and I dreaded it. I blacked out by the end of the show and was thrown back into my cage. The pain was unbearable but I got through... And I healed and I sit in my cage waiting for my next time in The Ring. I look after horses everyday in a stable, they calm me down and help me get through the days. I like talking to them, they don't judge me.

||Personality|| Taylor comes across as a confident, in your face kind of girl, but if you dive deeper into her mind she's scared of nearly everything but she doesn't want to show it to the world. She's scared of dying, she's scared of doing something wrong, she's scared of being scared. When she's alone and something bad has happened she will cry until she has cried a river, she won't dare cry in front of someone, not even her family. She hates the fact that her family doesn't care about her, they left her alone to fend for herself and she will never forgive her family for that. Taylor is good with animals. She gets angry easily and lashes out at people, blaming things on them that were not there fault and especially on her mutant. She can be very sly and can use her feminine beauty to her advantage. She never really has a plan on what she's going to do, she just does it, and does it with conviction.
