---Plot
Two tributes, one girl and one boy, between the ages of twelve and eighteen are chosen by random from each of the twelve districts during a day called the Reaping. Those twenty-four will be put into an arena and ordered to fight to the death. These games were created as a punishment after District Thirteen (which is no longer existing) declared war with the Capitol and lost. The tributes will travel with the other boy or girl from their district to the Capitol. It is up to them whether to train together, or alone. Once arrived, the tribute must go through a tribute's parade and interview. He or she must think of strategies quickly, as they won't have very much time before or during the game. All tributes will train as a group, but will be tested and rated separately. On the day of the games, tributes will be escorted into a Launch Room where they will be ascended into the arena. They have sixty second to prepare themselves until a gong rings. From there, it is up to them to survive.

---Arena
The majority of the arena is vast, salt-water ocean. There is a safe island off the coast of the Cornucopia with little water, but plenty of food. The woods is filled with little steams, but all are incredibly dirty and you must have some sort of purifier to even swallow the water they contain. The woods is not practically filled with animals to hunt, but there are a couple of somewhat safe caves to hide in. Behind the woods you run into some steep foothills. At the top of these foothills, the temperature drops. Beside the woods is a small field of some sort of tall grass. You can easily hide in it, but so can other... things. Pick your choice of location, and hope it was the right one.

---Rules
GENERAL
○ This is a semi-lit to literate RP. You must post at least a paragraph of around ten sentences.
○ No God-Modding. This means you may not control another persons character. Whether you are fighting or even talking.
○ PG-13. No intense details during fighting/killing.
○ No character is perfect. This applies heavily to this kind of roleplay. No characters will be able to kill another with one blow, never get hurt, or be completely healthy.
○ If you reserve a spot, it will be held for three days before it will be open again. I don't like reserving spots for people and then they just never post again.
○ Make your posts "pretty." It looks better and more professional. All you really need to do is color the text and/or center it.
○ Keep genders even. Although, this won't really be a problem since we probably won't start until all the spots are filled.
○ Post forms on thread. No need to PM them to me.
○ I can update these whenever I want. If I feel a rule needs to be added, I will be able to add it.

FOR THIS ROLEPLAY
○ I will decide who dies or not. I will send you a PM saying that your character will die. You will be given multiple options of the basic outline of how they will fall (ex. killed by another player, fatigue, muttuations, etc.). However, you really get to decide the real deatails (ex. killed by another player: you decided by spear, sword, arrow, etc.).
○ You aren't doctors. Wounds can't just disappear. Also, wound hurt, and pain doesn't go away easily.
○ I decide how Capitol changes weather, types of muttations, natural disasters, etc. I will post a notice not only on the front, but on the most recent page, too.
○ We will be realistic. By this I mean that District Twelve kids will most likely not win. In fact, the most probable winner will be a Career.
○ No characters from the books. Use your imagination, these aren't the books.
○ Not all tributes from every district will be roleplayed. Since twenty-four is a lot, I'm just going allow a fraction of the Districts to be roleplayed. The rest will be minor characters and not really mentioned.
○ Crushes or fake crushes are fine. NO INTENSE ROMANCEs. Your character can develop a real crush, or fake one for the cameras. However, there is to be no serious relationships. I don't really think people will be thinking about finding "one true love" when they are fighting for their lives.
○ Make up whatever you get at the Cornucopia. As long as it isn't outlandish, you can make up whatever you grab.
○ I can update these whenever I want. If I feel a rule needs to be added, I will be able to add it.

[ .physical.description. ] First, let's start with the basics. Grace has chocolate brown hair and some natural lighter brown highlights. It has a slight wave that falls just past her shoulders. She always wraps into a bun, but leaving a few strands hang loose since she is always in a rush. She has a delicate jaw line that borders her face. Her eyes are a ocean blue and has a hazel ring wrapped in the center. Her bangs cover up most of her eyebrows, so she doesn't need to pluck them. It also helps that they are naturally thin. Her lips are rather slim and have
a very pink color to them. Grace's skin is a pale white, with a little tint to it. Her build is very slender due to her insecurities and feels guilty when she eats -- she is bordering anorexia, but she's not entirely there yet. She has slender hands and nimble fingers. She always keeps her nails totally free of polish. The isn't very tall either, just average. Grace is an average girl -- on the outside, at least. Overall, Grace is moderately pretty, but definitely not the most gorgeous girl out there, not by a long shot.

Her mother always taught her that if you stayed away from the bad kids, you wouldn't end up like one -- which is true in a way, since Grace is anything from bad. She has never tasted a sip of alcohol or gone past first base. The biggest party she has gone to was her dad's Christmas office party. Grace has glasses, but her mother forces her to wear contacts, say they "bring out her eyes" -- her best feature. However, Grace dislikes her contacts, and sneaks her glasses on at school. For hobbies, Grace draws and creates vintage fashion, plays tennis, swims, and read novels about the Victorian Era. Although she excels in all subjects, especially art and English, science is the one that really interests her. She plans to start a company to research and find out more about DNA after college.

Even with her excellent grades, Grace is extremely insecure.Although she is actually moderately pretty, it never feels like it to her. She doesn't talk to anyone, always thinking of how they will judge her. She keeps her head low and nobody notices her. It's like she's invisible. But Grace likes it like that. No attention, no stress, no drama. That's her motto. Sometimes her parents want her to give her therapy lessons. "Try and get her out of her shell," they say to each other, like they're trying to convince themselves. But Grace knows what they really think. They are scared that she has some sort of mental problem. Some disease that prevents her to socializing. They think that maybe, just maybe, that's why she never leaves the house. Obviously, they aren't doctors.

Grace loves control. She likes to control her whole life and the things around her. That's why she is so insecure, she can't control what people are thinking about her. Without this "control" in her life, she feels like everything is out of place and a huge mess. But don't forget, even though Grace is very mature for her age, she still is a teenager, and being a teenager means having those emotional moods sometimes. Like when she is in one of those surly moods, most people get loud and angry, but she get cold. Her eyes freeze over and she looks like she could murder you. Her eyes do most of her emoting. Yes, that sound weird, but her eyes are always so filled with emotion, you can't help but stare at them. Sometimes, this creeps Grace out quite a lot, so she wears her glasses to try and prevent it.

The first and last boyfriend Grace had practically ruined her. He cheated on her right under her nose and Grace never noticed until someone had the gall to come up -- laughing -- saying how her boyfriend went out with another girl for five month. Grace felt so stupid, so foolish, gullible, moronic, she vowed it would never happen again. So she put walls around her, never letting anyone get inside them, never letting anyone see how she really felt.
