This role play is a continuation of my previous role play so any members from that will be immediately accepted.

Plot 1

Heroes, are people with extraordinary powers. They lurk in the dark to avoid unwanted attention from the public who are unaware of their gifts.Lately, some have become reckless and have started using their powers for dark purpose, they have been causing chaos to test their skills and slowly have begun to take over. Few who have stood in their way have succeed in stopping them, but soon hopefully that will change, a team is being formed and is looking for members to stop them before they cause any more harm.

Current Plot

After the epic battle Between both Heroes and Villains, which caused the destruction of a whole town, both side were left homeless. But now the heroes have taken refuge in an abandoned building in the next town over whilst the villains continued to wander the streets... however there is another side to this tale. After witnessing the shear destruction these supernatural being could cause, the government has decided to up the anti. Some houses of Parliament believe that these freaks of nature can be made into weapons, through the use of genetic enhancement, others believe that they should be wiped out before they can cause any more harm, this has fueled a parliamentary race who can get to them first! each side has called in bounty hunters to track down the heroes and villains, however some may already be with them. So now the question is will both heroes and villains unite or will leave each other to fend for themselves and who can they trust? You decide

Rules

1. all of Tess' rules apply, that should be normal.
2. no god moding or anything else like that, you have to get hit some time and no one is perfect you will eventually have to get hit.
3. minimum swear please, if you do swear please use the usual !@#$% (f!@# or f*ck is ok too)
4. try to keep it PG 13 please if you are going to have blood tone it down
5. romance and drama is allowed
6. if you are going to make a hero try to make a villain too, we don't want the villain to be overwhelmed and visa versa, same goes for hunters
7. if you are going to kill some ones character villain or hero ask the person first.
8. if speaking ooc please use (brackets)
9. no spiritualistic powers (if you are unsure what that means just pm me)

history: She ran away from home at the age of 8 after parents were shot trying to protect her. she been living in an abandoned warehouse ever since, keeping to the shadows and using her powers to help who ever she can from suffering the same fate as her parents. Life goal is to find the man who murdered her parents and make him suffer.

history: Her name was Dora but she now insists that everyone call her Shardora because when she discovered her powers, her tears were turned into shards of ice. More of her history will probably be revealed later on.

personality (you don't have to answer if you don't want to (makes it interesting)): Elena tends to be slightly reserved, she wont tell you much about herself unless you prove to be a trusting Ally and Friend, not that she would ever let that happen, as she prefers to keep to herself. She is very defiant and doesn't like to submit to authority unless she gets something out of it. She has a bit of an atitude that she keeps well hidden when around certain people so that the only really noticable hint of defiancey apears as an occasional moment of sarcasm. She doesn't like to be considered weak or small but she will often use her appearance to her advantage, apearing small so that she can completely surprise you with her abilities.
history (again don't have to answer): Not the kind of thing she would ever share, but she can't remember a lot of it anyway because of a recent accident that she refuses to talk to anyone about.
power (no more than 2 plz): Tellekenesis, Forcefields (as well as being able to deflect objects she can also make light bend around her forcefields therefore rendering whatever is on the inside to be invisible)

History: As a child Mari had always been interested in the world of spies and has worked towards these dreams her whole life, although she would never dare to admit it. She is happy with her position as a hunter as it is the closest thing she could get to the world she had dreamt of as a little girl.

history (again don't have to answer):not telling, but is twins with Amore, just their powers make them look different and they are quite alike in looks, just not eye and hair colour, but in physique and the way they can look real cute. They are both the same height and everything.
power : telekinesis and sensing people. (in the way that like she has to sense things in order to grasp them, so she can somewhat sense them. Kinda like ESP. (extrasensory perception)

power (if any): Explosions.

Their ultimate form.

A completely black, red eyed, two headed dragon. It's scales are vacuums, and it is very very dangerous. Any magic shot at it seems to dissipate, and only very strong physical attacks can affect them, and they thrive on negative emotions. The more negative emotions, the more powerful the already powerful scales. And yes, they will be able to breathe fire. Basically, it is like a demon from h*ll. It is triggered when the two experience pain and are near death, where their vulnerablility kicks in, and their bodies change them. The dragon will rampage until one of two things happens. One, it's hurt is healed, and the twins are no longer in danger. Two, it destroys everything, and uses up it's extremely large quantities of magical power. After they change back, there will be a cooldown period of roughly four months, where they become vegetables. They are alive, but they dont move, at all. In this state they are very vulnerable, which is why they hate their powers. Either that, or they wake up after two months, but are lethargic and completely drained of energy and magic, to the point where it tires them to move and they just want to sleep the time away. So yeah.

looks like (picture or description): Comatose is a queer man. He wears a black cape, and flits around like a shadow most of the time. If you see him, consider it an achievement. He is very sneaky, and is very, very efficent at his work. But those who manage to see him, say that he has blonde hair and blue eyes, hardly very threatening, but that is exactly what makes him so good at his work.
personality: Sneaky, sly, can change loyalties in an instant, but his real loyalties belong to the head scientist.
History: He will not tell you. (Aka, to lazy...)
Weapon of choice/power (or both): Comatose's power is exactly what his name suggests. He can put others in a state of deep sleep, with just his voice, and can make them do what he wants to. His power is not all that good yet though, so he can only mainly say a few commands. "Calm down" and "Sleep". THose are what he can do, he makes a job out of kidnapping, and he is being payed by Francis, who knows that he has powers, but agreed to keep it a secret.

Quincy is a quiet girl. She isn't really athletic but is maybe... Average. What bugs her is when people underestimate her. Sure, shortness is a disadvantage. But that doesn't mean anything! Quincy is usually kind and quick thinking, but don't get on her nerves.
History
She lives in an abandoned warehouse. How? Well, she had parents until one day when she was 14- 3 years ago- her parents just abandoned her. She had a older sister that went Rouge, who ended up in prision after trying to set fire to a petrol tanker at a petrol station. What an explosion that would've been, huh? Quincy ran. She ran away from all the trouble. Or everything. The warehouse seemed like a good idea at first, but now... Not really. It's dusty and very remote. Alone as Hell.

Object Passing: Being able to pass through walls/objects at will. She can also allow others to pass through too.
I don't know if this is a power... But Quincy is quite skilled at hacking locks to computers.
