This report of a boy covered in stitches seems to do the same with a coffee shop. He also laughs like a madman as he kills 10 people in less than 4 minutes. He then ripped this chopper from the sky, killing the 2 pilots and reporters. The picture is all we could salvage from the wreckage. This boy is extremely dangerous and must be killed. US government has offered a $500,000 reward for his death
