~Story~
Chapter 1-The Beginning
For thousands of years, Gods have ruled and watched over the world, protecting all of its inhabitants. They love and care for their creation, and all they ask for in return are the prayers of the people, which give them their strength and their life. In the past hundred years though, humans have started to turn against the gods. Many of them stopped praying, others even started campaining against the very Gods who created them. Without the prayers the Gods could not protect the world, nor could they continue to live on. Now, the world is falling into darkness. Crime is on the rise, demons rome the land, uncontrolled and unmonitered. The darkness had overrun the land, and not even the gods have the power to control it any longer. Drained of all power and reaching the end of their lives, the Gods fell from the heavens. Not all of them survived, and many of the ones who did began to hate the humans for what happened. Some of the Gods hide amongst the humans now, living with them in disguise, working and fighting to hold onto life. Some of the Gods became priests, others nomads. All of them want one thing though. They want their power back. A war is coming, between who it is unclear. Which path will you choose?

~How Gods Blend In~

There are two way's gods can blend in, both a choice made by the God when they fell.
Firstly, Gods can blend in by being reborn as a "human'. This does not mean that the God is human, is just means that for a short period of time they forget who they are, their powers go dormant and they take on a human lifestyle. The age as a normal Human up to a certain point and then stop, where they stop is their own choice, but no matter how much they age they cannot die unless they are mortally wounded. They have exceptional health and fitness, never getting sick and being physically fit even without exercise.
Secondly, they can fall and remain gods as they were. Nothing changes, except they must remain in human form at all times so they don't risk being caught. Being caught would not hold any consequences, but with the hate for Gods that is spreading over the lands being found out could direct the hate to themselves and pose a problem for how they survive.

The Story

A Nuclear bomb was dropped onto a small city in America 50 years ago. Today, the children pay for it. Mutants are rare but are mutants from birth. The "normal" people who "take care" of the mutants, are called the Owners. Owners aren't as common as you'd think, and most of them are hard on the Mutants. I will allow 10 Owners and 10 Mutants, you can be a Normal if you like but it's not very interesting because you're technically not allowed to interact with mutants or owners if you're just a normal. The Ring is a special stadium where the mutants to go to be taunted and treated like circus acts, all Owners and Normals watch unless in The Ring, and the Owners must be in The Ring but only with their Mutants. Mutants can't be killed.

My Rules
1. No cussing. At all.
2. All of Tess' rules.
3. Keep torture scenes at least suitable.
4. This is Semi Lit, so grammar, spelling, and quantity because it all counts!
5. Minimum of 3 sentences per post!
6. This is romance but take Romantic scenes to PM or time skip please.
7. No-godmodding! ever.
8. No anime pictures, no RP it out, and the Histories and Personalities can not be short! DETAIL PLEASE!
9. No more than two characters.
10. KEEP GENDERS/MUTANTS/OWNERS EVEN.
11. You can't be your own Mutants Owner but check with the user for permission first, over PM to agree on the relationship between you.
12. Have Fun

City Rules (Which You can Break)
1. Mutants and Owners can't be together.
2. Mutants aren't capable of love.
3. Owners must hurt their Mutants at least 20 times a day.
4. Mutants must be taken to The Ring on their 17th Birthday.
5. Mutants have to be kept in their cages unless being trained, working, or in The Ring.

In most places, Winter is just a season. For that matter, it isn't a nice season either.
But not where you live.
In fact, during Winter break is when most couples find eachother. There's always multiple parties, where all the teenagers are invited. Rivals briefly make up, social outcasts find friends, and some lucky people find that special someone.

You plan on being one of those lucky people this year.

By December 21, 2012, every domestic animal in every country were packed full of drugs. Growth hormones, antibiotics, and vaccines meant for humans. All of this built up in the animals, and the people who ate their meat, until a supervirus evolved and decimated the animals. People tried get rid of the contaminated meat, but it was too late. The virus evolved again and went after us. Only 10% of the world's population of life (plants, animals, etc) survived. No humans did.

One year later, the world is completely different. The virus changed once more, to where it wasn't fatal, but further mutated the creatures. The world looks like a completely different one, with cities full of killer gigantic pigeons, gilly dogs, flying rats...You name it, it's there.


This RP will take place in one town if Cityville. Cityville is a large city, complete with a skyline. Many large businesses have large there, and a few universities too. At least eighty thousand people used to live there. Now many more mutant creatures do. We are the mutated, the ones who survived...the new citizens of Cityville.

It is a different time. One where technology rules over everything and belief in the supernatural has all but disappeared. As has the Earth that humans once called home. Everything has changed for the humans. After they abandoned their planet to ruin, they developed colonies on planets millions of light years away. The colonies provide everything for a healthy society, making the people bow under rule of the King. The King is the one that provides them eternal life, and makes them beautiful, and gives them whatever they want whenever they want, as long as it follows her laws.
Scientists became surgeons after the new colonies were developed. The most prestigious living under the King herself. The classes separated into planets, arranged in a circle around the largest middle planet- the King's realm. Society has never been more strict, but it has also never been more peaceful, or orderly. There is no crime- as the King predicts wrongdoings before they occur, and immediately has the criminals locked away on a planet far away from the main colonies.
Despite all of this, not all of Earth has died. There were beings, angels, that watched over those beings living upon Earth. And they continued to watch over the beings that they were assigned to since the beginning of time, but the distance between has made their vision grow dim. What happens when they take form of the humans and fall to the colonies? How will they survive under rule of the King? When they are caught, they will be sent to the prison. The place where no one gets out alive. Where immortality no longer exists, not even for the supernatural.

Plot
You and some friends hanging out when a random guy comes over and shows you a video game. Once you start to play the game, you start to feel really strange and you look towards your friends. Your friends have already passed out and you are next. The next thing you know, you feel your side being poked with something. You slowly start to wake up and look around. You see a guy in light blue armor looking down at you. You sat up and start to move away, but you notice that you are in the same armor as he is. You ask him what's going on. He tells you that you are in Blood Gulch. You remember watching a web show that was based around the Halo universe. The guy introduces himself as Church, leader of Blue team. He asks you if you would join his team and help defeat the Director.

Will you take the chance and join his team or will you start remembering things that will turn you against your friends?
