"Larksong lifted her muzzle scenting the air, heairing the tiny paws of a squirrel. She flicked her tail towards the prey. " The elder purred telling the story about the propchey to the young kits in the clan. Larksong's great grand daughter flicked her tail over there heads. "Please continue!" One squeaked, the kit's eyes wide with excitment. "Alright. Know were was I?" She purred asking the young kits. "Larksong getting the squirrel!" They all meowed. "Right...Larksong motined her hunting perty to still and then she stalked forward. She swiftly pounced catching the prey in her jaws. We should head back know it's nearly sunset, Larksong said to the rest of her patrol. Ashfur, Larksong's littermate, lead to group to gather there prey. Leading them back into camp Larksong set her prey down. Sparrowtail ,the Medican Cat, hissed. Sparrowtail had rushed forward and snatched up the squirrel with wide horrified eyes.... " The elder trailed off her eyes distant. "You all know the prophecy that there well be danger in the future know go to your mothers and rest, you all look tired." She purred to the young kits.

The wide eyes of the young kits looked scared with shock. "Well have to leave and find a new home again." Hawkstar hissed angerley at the forest in a distance, "We have moved our camp twice and know we have no forest to live in we well have to find a new home all together." Hawkstar glanced down at his two children. Then at the rest of his clan. "The prophecy fortold that we woould find a new home and we well. But we well find that there well be another clan in this new home, may Star Clan gide us to saftey..." He yowled so that his fearful clan would hear and have hope. His eyes narrowed, he knew of the prophecy just like every one else did. The only diffrence was he knew that one of his grand children was to be one of the 4 from his clan. Hawkstars amber eyes flickered to there medican cat who nodded. They would find a new home, but what was waiting for them there?

~Basic Facts~

1. Zombies do not think or feel/ they operate on instinct only. They move in hoards usually, though occasionally one will wander ahead, trail behind, or wander too far to the side of the hoard.
2. A bite will turn you, a scratch will not. The virus is not airborne. No one is immune.
3. The squads are well trained but they are still college students, some arguments are to be expected but they will usually stick together no matter what.

Safety Precautions that the HvZ Squad should take in case of Zombie Outbreak

1. Sign onto the "Source", a website that the HvZ squad can communicate with all members at once. It can send out mass emails/text messages as well as private ones.
2. Grab some weapons from the armory which is located in North Campus beneath the main gymnasiums.
3. Activate the sound shield- The S.S is located at the top of the administration building(Central Campus) and generates a sound frequency that disrupts zombie brainwaves. It requires little power to run but falters during heavy winds/thunderstorms.
4. Head over to the labs (South Campus) where scientists are still working to develop a cure. There is a year's worth of food and water for twenty people, sleeping bags, and survival packs in the upper floors of this building.
5. Contact Riverside College (about 45 miles away) and see how they are holding up.

The Haven - A werewolf Roleplay

~Setting~

Welcome to Haven Virginia, also known to humans as "Nowhere". It’s tucked inside a huge valley, surrounded by mountains and forests. There’s electricity, internet, and cell phone signals of course, but traveling to the next nearest town means miles upon miles of winding roads through the mountains. Believe it or not, most of the town is a sprawling suburbia, with a few mansion -like cabins tucked into the mountains on the outskirt. Haven mostly consists of humans, but on the outskirts, the cabins are filled with werewolves.

Time of year: Late Summer, Full moon? No.

~Plot~

While humans find the town incredibly dull, the werewolf community enjoys its close-knit relationship. They celebrate holidays together, bring their children together for regular play-dates, and hunt in the forests as wolves rather often. As far as they are concerned, what better place is there to be? Aside from a few prominent members of the town, the lycanthropic mayor and her children, the werewolves like to lay low and out of the way. For years L'amore della Luna Pack has lived peacefully in the Haven. Their leader is the mayor so both human and werewolf interests alike are served. But the time has come for the complacent Pack to re-discover their feral side. There are new and powerful werewolves arriving in town, and they will deliver a threat: Unite beneath us, or be destroyed as we move in. With most older werewolves shivering in fear of the newcomers, Morte al Sole Pack, it is up to the younger generation to defend their way of life.

Fireclan lives in a moor area that experiences frequent grassfires in the summer and frigid windy winters with lots of snow falling, but little of it staying on the ground. They have to move their camp twice a year, once to a protected area in the fall to protect from the cold of winter and once in the spring to a large flat rock as safty from the fires of the summer that ravenge their winter camp. They are quick and nimble fighters and hunters. They are most known for their speed and agility in battle. (0 members)

Nightclan lives in a forest of tall trees with tall roots that stick out of the ground and hunts mostly by night, under the cover of darkness. They have a very unique hunting technique for their area which you will learn if this is the clan you choose. They rely on stealth for their hunting and fighting techniques. They are most known for their loyalty in battle and thier ability to strike effectively at night. (0 members)

Sunclan lives in an area riddled with small streams and islands, as well as some marshlands. They eat fish and other water and swamp dwelling creatures, but mainly fish. They swim well and quickly and have thick pelts that are good for swimming in the water. They use their swimming abilities as a great asset in hunting and fighting.They are most known to never give up in a fight. (1 member)

Treeclan lives in a dense forest with lots of undergrowth. They use most of the normal techniques for hunting, and are skilled tree climbers. They can jump best of all the clans and often hunt birds and squirrels high in the trees. They rely on strength to win their battles, and skills to catch their prey. They are most known for being able to escape up trees, should the need arise. (1 member)

You open your eyes. Siting up you look around confusingly. You are surrounded by trees but.....What? It looks like your in some kind of border line. To your right the trees are bueatiful and are thriving with life but on your left the trees are dead and barren. You scratch your head and feel something...Furry? soft? Warm? You try to get a good look but you can't so you upsettinglt turn your head and see....A TAIL! Then you relieze that one your head was animal ears! You start to panic when you see a golden haired boy with white wolf ears and tail come towards you. " Are you alright?" He asks. You gaze into his friendly, almost glowing, gold eyes. "Y-yes." In this land we are peaceful people bla bla bla and the other side, the "Darkestor" or the dead old forest, is where all the bad stuff live bla bla bla. We have many gods like the basic water, wind, earth, fire bla bla bla." He stops and his face darkens a little. " Each god can form whats called a contract with a Anipeomals. It is forrbidden thou there are contractors out there. A contractor has the god sealed within them. If the person is strong OR the god is nice the person can keep control of its movement, body, ect. But if the god id bad or the person is weak then the god will have complete or minimum control over the person. Once the contract happens it can't be broken unless it's destroyed somehow, the person dies, or the person breaks free WHICH has never happened. Having a contract with a god is forbidden because of a contractor went wild with power, killing almost everyone. And a contract can only happen with one person per god, meaning person has contract with a god the god is sealed with that person so no more contracts till person dies or something happens..... Bla bla bla this and that. So there you have it, now tell Akeno, the golden haired lazy one, to get back here and take you away! I have things to do!"

It started with disease, followed by devastating natural disasters. Stock markets crashed, governments lost power and people panicked, joining together in groups and violent gangs trying to survive all across the world. In a matter of months, large cities were empty, and civilization as everyone knew it was over. The world is now every man for himself, and there are no signs of improvement. Some choose to roam in large gangs, most violent and unstable with vigilante justice. But there are a few people who have managed to hold onto humanity, tucked away in hard to reach places of the globe. What will you do to survive?

Amongst all of the chaos, there sits a small family farm nestled in the mountains of Appalachia, hidden from gangs. Thanks to the rough terrain of the mountains, the farm has sat relatively peacefully and unnoticed. Gangs are unprepared in the forest, underestimating its power and the family that lives there. If you are lucky enough to stumble onto the farm, its best to make friends, because this might be the only place you have a chance of survival.
