"Oh, okay," Sayzay pipped. "Well then hello, Mikey." She smiled at him for a moment, her blue eyes curious. Though so far she had only been injured and scared by the world she had been placed in, it did hold her interest.

Arctic came down from the beach and found that they had a new girl. "Hi!" she greeted her and plunked down on the sand. "Sooo, do we know your power?" She asked half concentrating on where the food was. "And, do you know where dinner went or did angry shop lady come?"

"Power? What are talking about!?" Sayzay asked incredulously. "And about the food, it's supposedly on its way."
Sayzay honestly couldn't figure out what the heck was going on.

Mikey blinked, that was a good explination of why she was there... A very good one... But so far she seemed normal so he wasn't going to jump to conclusions. "Well the...." he started and then began counting in his head, "...however many of us there are all have been abducted by the old hag and she has given us god like powers." he decided on. "And not, I'm not crazy." he said after a moment of thinking about his words. He would've proved that to her but he didn't want to catch something else on fire, it wasn't raining, and he wasn't about to zap someone if he didn't know what the voltage would be...

Though her said he wasn't crazy Sayzay still looked at him as if he was a lunatic. She found his explanation kind of unbelievably, but she was convincing herself slowly of the possibility by resorting to her thoughts on the man-eating plants. As demonstrated, anything was possible...and she was scarred for life by her few hours in the jungle.

"See!" Arctic said as she started to pull more water up on the shore. She did this until a small steam ran around the fire and then pooled back into the sea."Isn't it cool!"

"Uhhh," Sayzay started. "Am I supposed to respond to that with an all out legit answer that makes common sense and gravity stare in awe?"

"Well," Cara said thoughtfully, "Since Jamai hates light, and we already have lightning and fire, I'd guess that you're sun."

"Sun, as in the giant orb in the sky. Is it just me or does anyone else, or plants, have any idea what you guys are talking about?" Sayzay asked, out-rightly confused.

For at least the fourth time, Cara explained everything about the gods, their natural enemies, and the prophecy. Afterwards, she reasoned, "That's how Jamai can shadow jump. It's one of the powers she received since her power was shadow. Oh, and you also have an animal form. I suggest you ask what Mikey's is." She again smiled her angelic, six year old smile.
