A very exhausted Nick trudged out the door as soon as Their Royal Majesties dismissed them. He was glad that Tristan had spoken up for himself and to have one marriage seemed like a great idea. Nick smiled and strode through the quiet halls. There were already a few servants about as it was already early in the morning but otherwise, it was quiet. Nick gently opened his door and slid in, not bothering to take off his clothes apart from his sword, Nick went and payed down on the bed. He closed and his eyes and quickly drifted off to sleep.

Crystal/ Maid/ Elaydon

Crystal wandered around Avalon looking for Alexander. After a while she gave up and just walked around in the gardens, she picked a rose adn put it in her hair. Crystal sat on a bench and relaxed for a bit.

After my cleaning bout, I yawned and set to darning socks. It was a task I enjoyed doing, because it caused me to slow down and relax. I watched the darning needle carefully add the patch to the heel of the sock. After doing about six socks, I put the things away to go and find a book to read. I yawned. It was so boring without someone telling me to do something!

"As you wish your majesty." She said rising up from the bench. "Would you like me to meet you back here when the arrangements are made?" Maria asked looking at Arabella with her odd dark blue eyes. She was relived the princess had elected to have an escort. MAaria would have worried about her the entire time if she hadn't.

"If you could just come tell me when everything's ready please, that would be wonderful," she smiled. She could tell she had said the right thing to put Maria's mind at peace. Then I'll be on my own once I get back to Elyadon, she thought. I can go where I want, and be happy.

"Yes your majesty." Maria said bowing her head slightly before leaving the princess. It seemed strange that so much could change in just one night, and in a way it both scared and excited her. The maid soon found the stables and requested the horse and escort for Arabella. She waited outside, watching the sun rise. The smallest smile played at her lips though she didn't know why. It seemed wrong to smile at a time like this, but the daylight had always seemed to brighten her mood.

Arabella bowed her head and let another tear roll down her cheek. "I must get it all out before I have to see anyone," she said to herself. "Nothing makes Arabella cry." She remembered years ago, when she had insisted on playing with her brothers and their friends, only to have one of the boys protest, saying that she would start crying the moment they played rough. Aiden's words echoed in her head, 'Nothing makes Arabella cry'. "You were wrong Aiden," she said biting her lip. "You were wrong."
