Serena nodded and turned to KC once they arrived at the guest room. "And I want to be with you." she replied softly, looking up into his eyes. She sighed softly and nodded at him as he told her to get some rest. Feeling his warm hand brushing some hair out of her face, the girl managed a sad smile. She hugged KC quickly before looking up at him. "If they won't accept it, they fail at being good parents." she replied, reaching up and kissing his soft cheek. "Goodnight... Or morning, or whatever." She said, releasing his hand and walking into the room. Though the girl knew she wouldn't be able to sleep. The next hours she would spent crying about her brother, but she didn't want to bother KC with that, so she faked a small yawn.

Kaleb smiled as she yawned, still concerned, but happy that she was trying anyway. "Good morning, Rena. Now go to bed," he whispered, smirking softly. He reached down to give her hand a slight squeeze. "Be brave. I'll see you soon." Then he left, sweeping back down the hall with a sad smile on face. The smile was for Serena. The ghost of a frown was for Aiden, the fallen prince.

Serena sighed and closed the door behind him. The girl pulled out her messy braid, raking her hand through her - now curly - hair, before sitting down on the bed. Immediately her memories of Aiden came back, and the girl buried her face in her hands once again. Salt tears started to roll down her cheeks as she cried silently, soon pulling up her knees and hugging them. She missed her brother. He had often been away for duties, but this was different. He wouldn't come back. Soon she started to cry a bit louder, but still convinced nobody would be able to hear it out of her room.

Crystal smiled at Maria and sighed "Thanks for listening and keeping at secret, besides, it wont be a big deal since he hasto marry someone with a higher rank than a maid." she said. Crystal stood, herhead hung then she heldher head high "Well i think so" she said smiling ^^. She went over to a rose bush and smelt one, she picked one carefully, getting a little pricked, she bled a little, but she put the rose in her basket then looked at her finger bitingher lip "Ow..'she squeased it softly, then searchedin her basket for a tissue.

Tristan was seated on the floor, slumped against the thin wall of the bedroom. He was exhausted and weary. He hadn't shut his eyes for the last twenty hours, and he still couldn't. Although his body was screaming for sleep, his mind kept replaying the scene of Aiden. Aiden, lying on the forest ground. Aiden choking on his own blood. Aiden giving them a small smile as his eyes clouded over. Tears threatened to streak his cheeks, and the prince let them. He sat silently, the tears slowly trickling down his face as he remembered Aiden's last moments.

Someone nearby, he heard a woman sobbing. Serena. He closed his eyes, causing a stream of tears to fall, and kept them closed until there were no more tears. Then the world became a blur, and he faded out into sleep.

Serena soon laid down on the bed, burying her face in the pillow as tears streamed down her cheeks. She kept crying, allowing the tears out for roughly an quarter. Then the pillow suddenly laid very comfortable and the exhausted princess fell asleep. She slept peacefull for a while, until memories of Aiden entered her dream, soon turning them into a nightmare as KC's voice echoed through her head. 'He's... Aiden's gone...' The image of her brother faded away, leaving the thoughts of the girl in a cold darkness.

Maria she smiled sadly and followed Crystal. Noticing the blood she pulled a lacy handkerchief out of her apron pocket. It had her mothers initials embroidered in it. "Here," She said holding it out to Crystal. For the sake of conversation she decided to bring up some gossip she herd at the ball. "I heard all the royals were gathering for some reason. Do you have any idea what that might have been about?" Maria asked curiously

Just when Arabella thought she had composed herself enough to ride home, tears began to fall again. The memory of her brother smiling at her while she tried to shoot the bulls-eye, or while her horse pranced and bucked while she tried to stick to the saddle like a burr. She cried, loud sobs racked her body and she wanted nothing more than to be left along in the gardens until she expired. "Why did it have to be Aiden?" she said aloud, hoping no one could hear her. "I could have gone and saved everyone this sorry business. It could have been me; Tristan would be happier, Aiden would still be alive, and I don't think mother would care."

Crystal smiled at took the hankercheif "Thanks Maria" she said wiping the blood off. She looked at a white rose, some of the blood had dropped and made a red painting on the white petals "I-its gorgeous" she said kneeling, she picked it carefully and looked carefuly at it. She looked at Maria "Well i do belive hearing that Aiden was missing last night" she gasped "What if something happened to him?" she bit her lip and shookher head "I don't want to think of the posibilities..Maria can you find Priness Arabella and comfort her, i have a feeling she already knows what happened to him." she said worriedly "Well i have to go look for Alexander" she added and walked off. She saw the prince and walked up to him "Good morning" she said.
