"how about we head to the park? My mom's probably going to run down to the clinic to feed the animals then come back here to cook supper. She always cooks her best when there's a guest over." Myst said, glad to see Shane so happy.

"Sounds great!" Shane said happily with a smile. He hadn't been to the park yet, since he'd came here. He couldn't wait to see it.

They went downstairs. "We're gonna go to the park for bit mom, bye!" Myst called out before they left the house. She started walking to the park, but she was walking backwards so she could face Shane.

Shane smiled as he watched her walk backwards. "It'd be really bad if you fell, you know." he said simply.

"Yeaaaaah... what ev." Myst grind and chuckled. She locked her fingers together and put her hands behind her head, as though she was leaning against an invisable wall. She stared up at the sky. "One day.... One day I'm going to summon my wings a fly. Just fly. With out any idea where I'm going, so I can be free of the ground for a bit." she sighed.

Shane laughed with her at her response. He continued walking, hoping she wouldn't trip and fall. "I do believe you will fly. You'll love it when you do. You'll never want to go back to land." Shane said, remembering his first time flying.

"I really hope so. The world isn't as good as it seems. Starvation, death, pain, war, all that stuff. It's like, if you can fly, you can go to heaven with out dieing?" Myst said quietly. They were nearing the park now.

"That's actually a good way of describing it. I never thought of it that way." Shane said. Shane looked past her at all the kids playing at the park. They all seemed to be having so much fun, he smiled at the sight.
