Acacia's eyes widened as Danika turned and started speaking excitedly to the two at the other table. She glanced at Marcus for a brief moment, wondering if he had been surprised by the girl's outburst. With a small grin, she noticed that they had agreed to go with them. Seeing as her own parents worked late, she probably wouldn't have to worry about them scolding her for what they were about to do. "Well. This'll be a fun experience." she said, half to herself. It wasn't everyday you got to meet teenagers you hadn't seen before in Iron Pass, let alone group up with them. Her gaze went to the girl, Nika, before going to Len and back to Danika. Sitting back against the table she watched the people in the park continue about their business. They definitely wouldn't be doing anything exciting like this anytime soon. Or... maybe it was just her own excitement clouding her judgement. Either way, she was content with the position they were all in. Acacia sat up and asked "So does anyone know where the mines actually are?"
