Serena held her sister close, resting her head softly on hers, letting her cry. She knew how she felt. Clearing her throat, she closed her eyes and softly rubbed her sister's back, tears streaming down her own cheeks again. She didn't really mind what her parents, her brothers of the Avalon royals would think of this. Normal people could cry if they lost somebody, why shouldn't royals be able to? Aiden was loved by everyone. What was wrong with crying? "Cry." she whispered to her sister. "Be human."

Arabella followed her sister's advice for one of the first times in her life and let the tears spill from her eyes. A few violent sobs racked her body and inside she felt nothing but pain. Aiden had been the one who had played with her and Nick, the one who had introduced her to archery and riding and books. Aiden had helped her to become who she was, and now he was gone. How can mother not be crying right now? she thought harshly. After a minute or two, she pulled back from her sisters embrace and wiped her cheeks dry with her sleeves. "He's gone," she gasped again, still trying to wrap her head around the notion that her brother wasn't coming back.

Serena sughed softly, wiping some tears from her own cheek as well. "I know." she whispered in reply, gazing sadly at her. The girl was trembling slightly, still in the denial state - just like her sister. She didn't know what to do, what to say. Why did they have this d*mn meeting right now? Sure, it was important to rearrange the marriage between the eldest Elyadon Prince and the eldest Avalon princess, but the world wouldn't explode if they had waited for a day, right? Serena sighed softly, closing her eyes in an attempt to calm down again.

Arabella breathed out slowly, she was still shaking a bit. "Rena, why in the h*ll are we here right now?" she said a bit louder than a whisper. She didn't care that princesses weren't supposed to curse. "Why can't we be at home and wait to have this meeting in a day or two? Why can't we have a day to mourn?" She looked up at her older sister and more tears gathered in the corners of her eyes. She thought of how she had spent the night after they had left Avalon after the Harvest, and she shook her head. "I'm a bad person," she whispered quietly.

"Because everybody here thinks that a stupid marriage is more important as family." Serena replied, rather annoyed. She didn't care if the others heard it. She had never complained about the marriage thing. No single word, but now it was all getting annoyed. She hated these arranged marriages. It took away all her freedom. She couldn't make a single choice anymore without thinking twice about it. Everything she did wouldn't only affect Elyadon, but soon also Avalon. But the girl now was getting tired of this. She hadn't seen KC for more then a year because of this. She didn't even got the time to be sad about Aiden because of this. These stupid marriages seemed to be more important then everything the royals had to deal with. The price for peace seemed to be high.

[ Yeah.. I doubt he/she will be returning. We can't exactly kill Zerrick off, as it is Shade.'s RP. I suppose he could go missing. Maybe he could be kidnapped when Nick is kidnapped? ]

[Yeah, we could. Or we could just act like Zerrick is already missing? I mean, I assume Nick will disappear after this meeting. If Zerrick also disappears at that time, everybody have to get back for another meeting...]

[ Or the "royal parents" could make an announcement that there is to be only one wedding. (Tristan and Aria) But then KC and Serena want to be married.. and omg. I SEE A GREAT PLOT. O.O ]

[Or, the 'royal parents' decide Zerrick isn't able to marry Serena for -insert random reason- and then she have to marry Alexander, though both she and KC don't want that and such and...you know what I mean]
