Arabella considered her options for a few seconds. "Only for you Serena," she sighed after a little while, giving in to her sister's request. "Just try to keep mother from making the breeches into a big deal, please?" She knew that although her sister seemed strong to others, she sometimes needed twice the comforting. And now would not be the time to rebel and hurt her further. So Arabella followed her sister and took a seat next to her mother. Still she crossed her arms and stared coldly at anyone who tried to meet her gaze.

Crystal/ Maid/ Elaydon

Crystal got to the stables in her gown unnoticed, she got onto the white stallion and rode to Avalon happily. On her way she got a batch of peach flowers and made a boque (sorry four spelling!). She reached the gates "I'm here to see Prince Alexander, he is expecting me" she told the knights. She deeply hoped Alexander would like her picnic plan, she had workd hard to be free from duties and prepared it especially to impress him.

Serena squeezed Arabella's hand softly before she sat down on her chair, next to her mother. The girl looked out of the window and saw the sun rise already, noticing she was tired. She fiddled with her dark blue dress, biting her lip insecurely before nodding at Arabella. "Just keep my cloak on." she smiled reassuringly, before bending over close to her sister, trying to distract her mind. "Did you have a nice evening?" she asked softly, wondering if her sister had met cute guys.

Tristan took a seat in one of the many ornate padded chairs that had been placed in U formation around the room. He sat to the left of his father, a few seats down. The king had never been too fatherly to Tristan, and he supposed he hadn't been quite the son Aiden had been. Across from the sat the King and Queen of Avalon, both dressed in their royal blues. KC wasn't present, and neither were any of his siblings. Perhaps he hadn't found them yet. He watched Serena and Arabella sit beside his mother, chatting quietly. But they were the only ones speaking. Tristan inwardly cringed, feeling the uncomfortable silence.

"No not really," she replied honestly. "I know what you want to know Serena; did I meet any boys. Well, the only boy that even looked my way last night that wasn't one of our brothers was the knight who brought me back here when I was trying to sleep." Best not tell her about going out dancing with Crystal, she thought. She took her sisters hand. "You're the one that boys like," she said smiling a bit. "I've always been the weird one, remember? The black sheep if you like."

Serena smiled softly at her. "That's not true. Maybe there is one boy in both kingdoms who likes me." she replied. "You aren't weird, nor the black sheep. You are yourself. And you should be, because you can." Serena sighed as she kept her voice low. "I'm quite jealous on you, Arabella. You are beautiful and know where you want to fight for. You should cherish those things." Her gaze quickly flickered around the room, searching for KC, but turned back to her sister soon.

"To be perfectly honest, I'm jealous of you Serena," she admitted hanging her head a bit, and lowering her voice as well. "You're kind and beautiful and you fit in with everyone. No one calls you names for doing what you love, or what you're life choices would be. I know what I want to fight for, because I have to fight for it." She followed her sister gaze around the room and noticed that most of Avalon's royal family; namely the princes' and princesses were missing at the moment.

Serena sighed softly, her face turning sad for a second. "That's only because I don't do what I love. I can't make choices for myself. I have to make choices for them, the people of our kingdoms. I can't fight for what I want, since I already know I can't win." she replied softly. The girl frowned softly before putting back on the façade, her mind drifting off to KC for a few minutes as she bit her lip insecurely.
