Tiro followed behind him silently, fervently wishing Beltza didn't want her to talk to Vance. It really sucked when Beltza found another person to like, and tried to have her be nice. So far, he had only taken a disliking to two people. Beltza bumped her head, as if guessing her thoughts. You know you love me, his eyes seemed to say. She smiled shaking her head a bit, knowing he was right. SHe looked back at Vance, not knowing what to say since she wasn't very social.

I smiled and looked at him "to the dorms...whose your mentor anyway?"

Vance
I looked at her "So are you happy you were marked?" I asked her.

Stark
I sat on a bench and sighed as I started whistling into the wind then closed my eyes as the wind wipped around me then the coolness of water. Fire warmed me and earth kept me strong. Then it felt like my spirit was lifted.

She could hear Stark's whistling and she headed toward the sound. Her eyes searched the bushes and pathways.

Tiro shrugged lightly. "Kind of," she said. A few good things had come from it, as did the bad things, like everything in this world. Now she had her companion, so maybe she was happy. "Are you?" she asked to stop further question as to why she was or wasn't happy. She wasn't much for sharing her feelings.

I laughed and nodded "Well Nefret can help you, but to be honest...I don't like males...so helping you is a mystery as to why the goddess wants me too," I said truthfully.

Vance
I shrugged "Its a breath of fresh air from my parents 'perfect life' trying to dress me as they pleased...I guess you could say either way I didn't exactly care, but it was nice to be marked."

Stark
I heard some rustling and picked up my bow and arrow and pointed at the sound "Come out!"

Tiro knew everyone had issues in home life in different ways. His home life was a walk in the park. Maybe it is better that I was marked, she thought absently. "That's not too bad," she told him looking straight ahead. "Your parents cared in their own way." She never expected to lecture him on his life, but it just came out.
