"Oh.....hahahaha....hi!"She waved to the new person.

"ARE YOU DYING?!"
The Doctor panicked, which was somewhat uncharacteristic, but he really didn't want to witness any death today.
"Oh...nevermind."She appeared to be fine..
He nodded to the new arrival."Hi,"

Sophie smiled at the girl. "You okay?" She was about to say something else when a group of firetrucks rushed by. "Don't turn left!" They turned left. "MY LAB!!" She ran after them at full speed. "No! No!" She ran to her lab, which was surrounded by firefighters. Despite their protests, she ran inside, only to find that everything was ruined. She walked out, and collapsed, crying. "No! My entire life's work! It's gone!"

"Oh, yes, of course I'm - wait - did you say dying? No, I'm not dying. Just a cough, " Violette stammered. It didn't completely sound like that. It almost sounded like she did have a cold, but that's just the way the French talk.
Violette jumped when she heard sirens. She was looking down to where they were headed when she saw them turn. The girl that looked generally normal (as in not, normal hair at the least) began sobbing.
"Are you okay? Where did they go?" she asked, touching the girl's shoulder.

She pointed to her burning lab. "M-my lab. My whole life's work, gone! I went in, and everything was burned, I couldn't save anything!" She buried her face in her hands and cried harder.

The Doctor rushed after them, dragging Lyme after them, or she was pulling him, it was hard to tell because of their lack of coordination with one another.
"...who would have done this!"He was absolutely furious, determined to get revenge almost immediately.

"I'm so sorry,"Lyme whispered, looking down at the ashes around her feet.
Honestly, there wasn't a sure method of finding who'd done it. Unless of course she could get the Doctor to do something else for her, but more for Sophie...if he hadn't lost the TARDIS..

Sophie stood up, thinking she was feeling a little better. But with on look at the burned down lab, she broke into tears again. Not thinking about what she was doing, she threw her arms around The Doctor and sobbed.

He resisted the urge to push her away and stood there, waiting.
Lyme narrowed her eyes in annoyance. She pointed and him, then to Sophie, and mimicked someone hugging another person.
The Doctor heeded her advice and hugged the sobbing girl, which resulted in a quiet little squeal from her friend.

Sophie looked up, tears streaming down her face. She quickly pulled away, blushing. "I'm sorry. It's just. Ugh." Great. First my lab, and now I have to explain why I hugged the Doctor instead of my best friend!

"It's okay, I understand. We'll find them, I'm sure of it."He assured her, very serious about it.
Lyme skipped over to him and whispered a whole monologue into his ear.
"That's a bad idea."
"IT'S A BRILLIANT IDEA!"She protested.

Sophie looked back to her lab. She sighed and pulled a small box from her pocket. She walked up to what as left, and set the box down. "Goodbye." She whispered. "Maybe someday I can rebuild you. I'm gonna miss you until then though." She walked back towards the others.
