Ruka and the lion she was fighting were facing off. She so wanted to check and see if her sis was ok, but she couldn't lose focus...lest she be killed.

A shot of fire made Rina yelp and jump to the side, only to be caught in the hold of two Magic-users. She struggled, her yelps loud as she twisted, trying to get free. Ryder!! she yelped, snarling and snapping at the men. A muzzle was forced on her snout, the kind that kept her from turning into her human form. She was now stuck this way and at their mercy...

Ryder, check on...! Ryo started to tell Ryder to make sure Rina was ok, but was attacked by the lion again. Angrily, he shoved it away and injured it badly. RIN! the red wolf shouted so loud that even Ruka looked up. Her being distracted allowed the lion to land a hard blow before backing off. Ruka yelped and skittered away as the lion went back to its masters. This was not good.

Kole stepped away when he noticed that the plan had worked. "Hehe, see you soon, Ryder." he smirked as he went back to Gwen and stood at her side in triumph. The two Magic-users had Rina and were beside them in an instant, the black female wolf snarling, but subdued.

Gwen smiled knowing they had one, "Let's get out of here, I hate being near these useless scum." She started to walk off checking to make sure the two men were following her with the wolf.

Ryder moved forward. His eyes revealing fear and worry. Although his voice was sharp and powerful. "let her go......" he growled. He stepped closer toward the magic users and kole.....

Kole chuckled. "Why would I do that? With Rina at my side, I will be more powerful than you." he grinned evilly, turning his icey gaze on the wolf princess. "Not only that, but she has high influence over the hanyous. She can get them to fall under us."

Ruka trembled. Sister... she whimpered. There was nothing she could do!

NO!! Rina snarled, lunging at the Magic-users who was holding the rope that was doubled around her neck. He twisted it, cutting off her air supply and she dropped to the ground in pain. She lay there, taking in deep breaths of air after he'd released his hold. Her golden gaze traveled over to Ryder, her eyes afraid.

Fury rocketed through Ryo and he snarled from where he stood next to Ruka. There was nothing to do. The Magic-users were more powerful than them...for now at least.

Ryder couldn't accept this fate. He couldn't let them take rin. His eyes revealed her agony as his own. He wanted to help....but how? He glowered at kole. " she will never join you. Even if she's kept as your prisoner you will never get her loyalty, respect, or obedience. No one will stop fighting until she is right here by my side. Not Even in death will stop us. That I promise." Ryder said. He was wise beyond his years.

Rina staggered to her feet. She growled lowly at the Magic-user who had subdued her, but he only smirked.

"She'll join us alright. If she wants to see her mother, that is..." Kole said evilly and loud enough for Rina to hear. He saw her stance become tense and knew that now...he had her.

"Rin....." Ryder said gently. "don't let them brake you.....don't give up....please.....no matter what....." Ryder begged her.

Ryder then looked back up at kole. "you are a COWARD! using the alpha female as Bait for your own gain! If you want to beat the wolves DO IT NOW! fight ME!!!!!!!!!" Ryder bellowed.

Kole turned to Rina. He stepped right in front of her. "I know you better than him, Rin." he said. "You remember our childhood, don't you?" he looked up at the Magic-user when she showed no sign of agression. The man took the muzzle off of her and Kole changed into his human form. "Change back, Rin." he said lowly.

Rina looked up at Kole. She remembered...she remembered so well. When she felt the muzzle being lifted from her snout, she looked at Kole in question. Dazed, she turned back into her human form and stood in front of him. Ryder's words suddenly came to her and she looked over at him. "Ryder..." she whispered, determination filling her eyes. "Bad idea to remove that muzzle, Kole!" she snapped, punching the silver haired man in the face and rushing to get over to Ryder.

Ryder turned human and pulled rin behind him. he stood still watching kole dangerously.

Annoyed that their prisoner had gotten free, Gwen let the fire take control. She blasted the ground with a huge a ball of fire setting the trees and grass ablaze right in front of where the two hanyous stood..
