((*poked* Sorry, guys ... had a test in biology today, so I had to study. DX But I'm here now. x3))
Daniel
"Yes!"
Daniel's eyes widened in surprise. When he proposed they draw each-other, he'd half-expected her to turn down the proposal. Hence, her reaction was so unexpected and welcome at the same time, that he grinned his biggest grin so far. "What are the odds of being so lucky at your first day of school?" he thought and blushed a bit, but seeing how excited and happy she was, he only grinned more. It gave him a free, more wild look, since he usually only smiled. But his whole being was filled to the brim with glee, so he had to show some, otherwise he feared he'd explode.
Then, she pulled out her sketchbook and flipped it open so that it showed a picture of a house. "Daniel... umm... this is a picture of my house!" He leaned closer, taking a good look at the sketch. His eyes widened slightly as he took it in. "It's ... I love it. Does your house really look like that?" he asked, returning to his gentle, timid disposition. But his eyes showed how impressed he really was. Coming from a mundane -- well equipped, but nevertheless --, typical house, he'd always wanted more creativity incorporated into his home. His parents agreed to putting beautiful paintings and pictures of landscapes on walls inside the house, but on they wanted it just like any other house on the outside, for fear of standing out. Daniel always thought it pointless. There was already hate graffiti all over the walls, so the house stood out anyway. Why not make it pretty in the process?
He was returned to reality when Ellie spoke again: "I can't draw that well yet, but I'll improve - and I'll make a really wonderful picture of you someday!" She quickly lowered her head, so her face was hidden by her cream-colored hair -- but Daniel was stunned. Did she really say that? After a few seconds, he smiled his wilder grin again. He wanted to hold her hand, and it did actually twitch slightly in her direction, but he held it back, just in case. Instead, he said: "Ellie, your drawing is already ... well, the best I've ever seen! I just hope I'll be able to draw you as amazing as you really are." Only then did he realize what he just said, and he blushed beet-red, amazed that he managed to speak coherently. He bit his lip and hoped she'd take it as a compliment, just as it was meant.
Zacharias
"Ok, so it wasn't so bad death-glare wise ..." thought Zach as he observed the situation. He grinned as Clowesia made a remark about him having to carry Alex, but he said nothing because Alex already replied. "Hmm ... maybe Alex likes Clowesia?" he thought as his eyes darted from one girl to the other. "She certainly acts like she's interested ... but maybe I'm just over-thinking it ..."
Exhaustion was beginning to set in with him too. "Damn ... I'm beat ... I hope the little guy comes to get us soon ... " he said and yawned.

land by the river and a new built home.
I am the land and the land is me.
