Ukraine nearly jumped amile into the air as her brother appeared behind her."C'mon,We need to go back to the hotel and get ready for dinner." She grabbed his hand like he was a little kid and started marching toward the stairs,the elevator was already packed with Nations who didn't want to walk. "Have you seen Belarus?"

Leichtenstein nodded and followed after her brother. She laughed quietly to herself. "I think she likes you,Vash."

Russia chuckled as Ukraine jumped a mile into the air. He allowed her to take his hand, deciding to walk normally behind her. He shivered at the mention of Belarus. "No." Came the simple reply. 'Thank god.' He added on in thought.

Switzerland stopped and looked at his sister. "What?" He asked, surprised at what she had said. 'How could she like me?! We don't- we aren't even close in borders!' He thought in distress.

"Where could she have gotten to..."Ukraine murmured. "Oh well,We'll just have to catch her later.!"She said cheerily,alreay jogging down the stairs. "And at dinner,Please don't beat up poor Lithuania,or any of the Balics for that matter,Ivan."She pleaded.

LEichtenstein smiled at him. "When someone likes somone else,they tend to act a certain way around them They might be mean to them,or Do whatever thatperson wants,never ever talk to them,or,In Adelie's case,Mess with them." She said.

Ivan smiled, glad she dropped the subject. He walked normally down the stairs, but was still able to catch up to Ukraine. "Aww, but.." He said softly. "It's a game, da." He said softly in russian.

Vash's eyes widened in response. "No. I think your just seeing things, lili. Berlin definatly does NOT like me." He sighed, pulling her down a set of stairs.

Romano leaned back against the elevator wall, shifting uncomfortably in the corner of the tightly-packed area. He would've taken the stairs, but he had never been one for physical exercise. "Ugh, German food..." he grumbled, wrinkling his nose in distaste. He could already feel the revolting mush of potato on his mouth... How would he ever survive the evening?

Prussia beat his head against the walk in dismay. The elevator had, unfortunately, left before he could squeeze inside, leaving the former nation to take the stairs. No problem, he was more than capable of walking... Heck, he was too awesome NOT to. It's just... There WAS one slight problem. Where exactly WERE the stairs...?

Ukraine rolled her eyes and replied back in russian. "Right.Just like Belarus trying to kill everyone is a game." She turned the corner and dragged him down the next flight of stairs.

Liechtenstein frowned. "But,Vash she-"They turned a corner and Russia and his sister came into view. She let out a 'Meep!' and slid behind her brother.

"You wouldn't understand." Russia growled at his sister as she pulled him down another flight of stairs. He didn't notice Vash or Liechtenstein going down the stairs. "Even if your older, i'm grown up. I can do what i want."

Switzerland growled as he saw russia and ukraine go down a flight of stairs. "What did Russia do to you?" Vash growled to his sister, turning around to face the young girl.

Ukraine glared out of the corner of her eye at him,but said nothing.

Sudden, sharp pain coursed through Lithuania's knee.

"OWWWW!" As tears of pain gathered at the corners of his eyes, he cursed under his breath in Lithuanian. "Darn, that HURT!..."
Cringing, it took him a moment to process what had happened. As he turned his head slightly, he saw Russia's head RIGHT NEXT TO HIS. Then, it hit him.

Russia had whacked him in the knee with his bloody pipe.

"Stop talking to yourself, da. It's giving me a headache, da." (<--- Sorries to Kat... DX)
Ivan smiled evilly, making Lithuania shiver.
"L-Lithuania-san, are you alright?!" Concern colored Matthew's eyes.
"I'm fine, thanks." he brushed Canada's inquiry off as politely as he could.

As Lithuania was wincing in pain, Canada could hear Russia getting scolded by Ukraine. In Russian.
Now, Matthew wasn't exactly fluent in Russian, but after his Russian lessons he'd taken (from sheer boredom), he could understand some of what she was saying.
Either she was scolding him for throwing a duck into her face, or she was yelling at him for hitting Lithuania with a pipe in the knee. He wasn't sure, his Russian's kinda rusty.

Lithuania was hurt by Russia?

Canada gazed at Ivan, with Ivan grinning maniacally. Toris shook with fear. Something odd flickered in Russia's eyes when he looked at Matthew. Something...
...Evil.

Canada shivered.
"Lithuania-san, are you sure you're alright?" he asked again.
"Taip, ačiū.* I'm fine, thanks."

Toris smiled at him, but Canada could tell.

He wasn't alright.

Looking at Russia, a new feeling formed in the pit of Matthew's stomach. It wasn't fear anymore.

It was hate.

ALSO! Note: Canada thinks that he's friends with Lithuania (because Toris actually acknowledged the fact he wasn't America), that's why he was so concerned/angry with Russia. Nothing shounen-ai here. XD

Russia chidishly stuck his tonuge out at his older sister. "I love the baltics and they love me. So why can't i have a little fun with them?" He asked himself, glaring at the the back of his sisters head.

Vash nodded curtly and took Liechtenstein's hand again, pulling her down the stairs. "If he EVER does something to you. You MUST let me know." He told her, his free hand balling up into a fist.
