Stephanie cringed away from him even more, squishing herself even more into the corner of the bed. With the sheets, she pulled them more over herself, wanting for the strange man to disappear. She didn't care if that meant she would have to stay outside for long periods of time. She just wanted to leave. "No, you're lying." She whispered, fear flooding her eyes.

Cael sighed, seeing her fear grow even more. "I have my ways of knowing many things." He said, looking over at her. "Stop, please, stop shaking." He said, looking at her. "I fear that if I tell you why, you will grow even worse. Do you truly want to know?" He asked her. He already knew that the answer would be a yes.

"I said my name was Luke, Ashlin," He smiled sitting down on the bed with her smirking at her flickering tongue. "I'm not the actual serpent god, just a descendant, they say."

"Hmph... Not as cool then..." Ash murmured, crossing her arms over her chest before flashing a grin at him and falling back on the bed, her pale hair fanning out around her head. "Why exactly are we getting married?" she asked, blinking up at him, deciding she should probably tackle this aspect now.

Elena nodded. "Yes I want to know! I want to know what's going on..." She took a breath and calmed down a bit, but the shaking continued slightly. "I want to know Why I'm not at home...I want to know why I'm here...Please just tell me..I don't what you think it might do..."

Cael sighed, that was what he did not want to happen. "How do I put this?" He said, more to himself than anything. He thought for a moment, and then sighed. There was no easy, or nice, way to put it. "You are to be my wife. That is the only way I can think of telling you." He said. Purposely, he had left out the part of not being human. There was no need to add that in at the moment.

Elena blinked and looked at him, her eyes wide. "I-I'm..suppost to be your...Wife...?" She asked her voice shaking a bit. "I don't even know you..." She said softly. She looked down slightly trying to breath. She was now completly scared out of her mind. Tears started to fill her eyes. "I-I wanna go home..." She whispered softly, mostly to herself.

Evelyn half-smiled and walked towards the fridge. She opened it and began taking out what she needed. "Mayo... Mustard... Cheese... Umm... ham." Evelyn looked over at Aaron. "You want a sandwich too? Since I'm going to be your wife, I might as well get used to making you food.."

Jesse frowned when he saw she was terrified of him. "If-if it makes you feel any better, I could stay in another bedroom.. Just so you could get used to.. you know, me.." Jesse sighed and slowly stood up his chair, then stopped. He looked at the girl. "If you need or want anything, please don't hesitate." He said, before stepping out of the room. He silently closed the door and sat down in the hallway.
