[Small-but_deadly]

A smile grew on Teala's face as she went into the room her eyes flickering from knife to dagger to spear to sword, there were so many weapons. "Well this is a stroke of luck," she said under her breath and proceeded to look at the daggers. She chose a few small ones, tucking them into her belt, and then saw a spear. She went over to it and liftd it carefully.

Piper nodded and didn't speak anymore, he fist tightening even more around his stick so that his tendons stuck out from his wrist and the back of his hand. He looked at the bow and arrow, he'd be glad to have a range weapon but bet he couldn't use them properly, he'd never even touched a bow.

Kia looked around and smiled, she observed the weapons and came to stop and admire a silver bow and arrow, she picked it up and felt it weight, just right. Then she slung it over her shoulder and walked back to the girl, "Okay, we've got weapons and we've got team work, now where are the humans?" She asked, looking around for any sign of someone else.

Teala picked up the spear and turned back to Kia, shrugging. "No clue, all the doors seem to move and I have no idea where I am compared to when I first came in." Seeing a dark corner, Teala took a shining gem from her pocket and walked over to the corner, letting the gem light it up.

Kari shrugged. "Nothing's right in the library." She murmured, stepping back. "Nothing goes where it should." She smiled slightly. "I went through a door and fell two storeys into a swimming pool." She laughed. She twitched, glanced down at the dress and twirled a round, the skirt flying out in a wide circle. The spider, meanwhile, was crawling up Merediths leg.

"Wait here." Danica whispered, climbing out of the hollow silently and starting to climb again. Near the top of the tree, she stopped and let Pandora climb off by herself. She looked down at the Mantis Woman and frowned, thinking of what to do now. She pondered it for a moment, then realised she could hear a buzzing sound. She located it in a book and smiled slightly. Book Wasps.

Kia nodded and went through a random door, she gasped when she saw the Mantis women and saw a tree, and a human! Kia glanced at the Mantis Women then at the human then she slammed the door shut and turned to Teala, "There's a Mantis Women and a human through there." She said.

Meredith agreed with the girl, and introduced herself. "Hi, I'mMeredith" she said, smiling. Well, at least she was facing the right direction, she thought. Her eyes could not accustom to the dark easily. "Who are you?2 After that, she thought she felt something crawling up her leg, so she tried to brush it away. It was probably nothing.

Teala thought about this for a second and didn't think very rationally, she wanted to try out her new weapons. She adjusted her grip. "Well, we're ready this time. Should we surprise it?" she said, quietly because she didn't want the Mantis Woman to hear but also slightly eagerly.

Piper nodded, he didn't really want to leave the tree yet. He trusted Danica, she seemed to know what she was doing and also seemed to be competent with the bow. Well she held it confidently at least. He looked down at the Mantis Woman, studying it now he could. It looked like a woman but not, it seemed to have fur and he could easily see the claws now.

Kari curtsied. "I am Kari." She seemed to have slipped out of the insane state for the moment. "I do suggest we get out of here. That spider's disappeared somewhere, and whilst this is a lovely dress, it could be poisonous." She turned and located a door, pushing it gently. It opened up into a hallway, which she stepped out into, blinking at the bright light.

Danica aimed an arrow and shot it, piercing the book. It tore apart, the book wasps flying out and circling, looking for its attacker. Danica dipped behind a branch, concealling herself and sliding back down to the hollow. She dipped inside, smiling faintly at Piper. The book wasps buzzed around, then headed towards the only living thing they could see, the Mantis Woman.

Kia thought about what Teala said and she knew it was dangerous to attack the Mantis Women but she really wanted to find other human life, she heard the buzzing and stopped and listened, Kia didn't know what it was and she wasn't about to jump into that room with something she didn't know, "Whats that buzzing sound?" She asked.

Meredith walked towards the light, after acknowledging the girl's reply. "Why are you in here?" she said, arriving at the door. She looked down and saw the spider, spinning a web on her leg and arm. "C-c-can y-you g-get i-t o-o-off o-f m-m-m-e?!?" Meredith stuttered, totally petrified of the spider.
