Kahen ran off to find their healer so she could get some painkillers for Aleaha as she would still be in pain from her recent vision, maybe he would also have that special thing he made that eased her pain and leared her head in the long run so she could read her vision better and also be mostly pain free.

Shadow sighed, he had finished all he needed to do for the day, he preffered his human form so he walked out of his place and decided to go for a walk, he trudged along, thinking quietly to himself not very aware of his surrounding as he thought about everything that had happened over the past few years.
He stopped and watched a large ant nest going about their daily business, he enjoyed watching the little creatures working so beautifully together nature calmed him down and stopped him feeling so stressed all the time. Not that there was much left, cockcroaches, ants, beetles, that was about it for insects oh and flies and moths, of course fleas were occasionally around too, but since they all had regular baths the things were no problem.
He thought he noticed something up ahead that moved, but paid no heed to it as he had nothing to fear.

(or she could like run into him or something...These are just examples...)
