" Well, I was trying to get here a bit earlier but everyone kept making me a lot slower getting here" Austria walked through the open door and sat down in a chair near the window. He looked out of it like nothing bad was happening at all. "I'm not sure how this war will turn out but hopefully we can win." he said dreamily. He stared out at the space in the window awhile before setting down his stuff.

"Ah, wonderful," Spain said, walking into the room after Netherlands held the door open. He took a seat near a window and gazed out of it, placing a hand underneath his chin. "This country is so beautiful. I should visit more often." He glanced over at Austria, then back at the Netherlands and said, "Do you know what this war is about anyway?"

'Oh crap!' Poland froze up right as he entered the meeting room. 'I don't know anyone here. Liet better get here soon, or I'll die. Oh my god I hope he's on our team.' Nevertheless, he tried to remain calm and collected as he took a seat and began gently tapping his fingers on the table in front of him.

Italy smiled as everyone came in. "Ok! So what do we do now?" He asked everyone as he ate a pastry from his pocket. He skipped over to a chair but tripped again. He got up and sat himself on a chair. "Ow~ That hurt..." he said quietly to himself.

((A bit of writers block lol))

America smiled at Russia's comment. "Me too! I'm really glad we are all ok!" He exclaimed happily. America brought his suitcase full of papers to the big table. "Alright! Now we need to think of our awesome battle plans! I made some because, y'know, I am the hero!" He said as he puffed out his chest. "I think we should start with the weakest countries and work our way up!"

'I hope we win as well. I don't want to have the WW2 repeating itself, thankyou.' The Netherlands said as he walked inside and closed the door behind him. He picked hius cigarette out of his mouth and held it between two fingers, looking at it as dreamily as Ayustria was lookig out of the window, then he realized Spain had said something and he shook his head, then responded 'No idea, but I will fight for my people whatever this war is about....' And he continued smoking while he sat down.

'Or,' Russia started 'We can watch the two other teams make a massacre, tearing each other apart and such and when they are really weak, we will force them all to become one with me, da?' He finished and he rubbed his hands together and had a smile on his face, even though he was still looking out of the window. Then he turned around and sat down in his chair, saying 'Anyway, America-san, you are not the hero.'

'What do we do now?' Germany asked 'We will fight, of course. Even you will. We should deceide on what team we want to attack first, then make strategic plans about what country and in the meantime we have to discuss how we are going to defend ourselves. We need to think of who will do what exactly. I can focus on attack, while JApan focuses on defending or something, you see'?'

"This war could end up as a new war. WW3 maybe. But, I for sure, do not know what this war is about, either." Austria went back to gazing out of the window. He recoiled at the smell of the smoke coming from The Netherlands. "Poland, why don't you come and sit down. It would be better." He pointed to a chair next to him. "I won't hurt you, don't worry," Austria said in a sweet, soothing voice. Austria went on, either looking out through the window or looking at his stuff like nothing bad was about to happen.

France
"I think Russia got a point there," France said. "Then my beautiful looks will not be touched and I will be able to comfort all those poor beautiful ladies. And then, when everyone's weakened, we will step into the fight, looking gorgeous compared to everyone and we will knock their ugly faces in the mud and... and... Oh, I can't say it, it's too shameful..." he added, posing dramatically.
When America spoke, he recovered from his dramatic pose. "Ahem. Okay... Weak countries... How about... Italia? He's a pain in the ass to have in prison, but he's really easy to get... But, actually, all countries are kinda weak after fighting, so maybe Italia will be the strongest, then, as he doesn't fight and only flees..." he said thoughtfully.

Prussia
"Yeah, yeah, whatever, I just want to beat up Austria!" Prussia said impatiently. "So don't put me in the defence or I'll invade yóur vital regions! I still have my own rights upon a piece of Berlin you're not willing to give to me! You signed that contract, you know? Sure, you were drunk, but who cares? So lets start with Austria and there we will take Hungary along with him, and after that I don't care that much about it as long as we win!"

America listened to Russia. Scary.... Then puffed out his chest. "Who say's I'm not? Of course I'm the hero! And we're gonna kick everyone's butt!" He said enthusiastically. He was still trying to lighten the dark mood around them. For he too smelt the hot smoke coming from the windows and tried to worry about his and the other's safety. America rolled his eyes at France.
"Italia? He'll be a piece of cake!" America said and smiled. "He's friend's with Germany, right? If we bring down Italy, we can bring down Germany!"

"Ok! What should I do then?" Italia said trying to be helpful. "I can make white flags!" He said reaching in his pocket to grab his own. "I can make one for everyone, si?" Even Italia was a little worried. He wasn't really the fighting type.

Ukraine quietly watched the other countries for a while. She listened intently to the conversation between Russia, America and France, unsure of where or not to jump in. Eventually she deicded to throw in her own opinion. "I agree. But I'm not sure that bringing down Italy would weaken Germany. They are friends, but Germany is still a strong country; I don't think taking him out will be quite that easy." She stated shyly.
