She is anti-social since she is an only child and being blind never helped...Her moods vary from happy to sadness to anger to shyness depending on the situation. Beware of her mood swings Ecuador if you say something that offends her, she will snap and it isn't very pretty.
History:: Cheyenne never really liked people, even as a child.
Family: Cheyenne is an only child. Her mother had died shortly after giving birth to her and was left to her dad. Her dad is paralyzed from the waist down and runs the fabric shop that his wife had created before dying from complications with her heart.
Crush/Boyfriend/Girlfriend:: Cheyenne is single and never really had an eye for a relationship since she could never tell if the person truly liked her as she was or felt sorry for her being blind.

Personality:: Declan looks like a blunt, straightforward sort of fellow, but actually tends towards great affinity for complex machinations. He calculated his own odds in the Reaping. Declan does not trust easily or at all and every move he makes is premeditated. He hides beneath a facade of dullness to keep his odds ever so slightly up. When Declan smiles, sh*t goes down.
History:: Declan's childhood was full of drudgery. As soon as he was able (age five) he joined his parents in their equipment production. He always had a talent for understanding the machinations of his environment, and his father, picking up on it, refined his skills. His father impressed on him the importance of keeping a front of bluntness up in public. Declan took it absolutely to heart and never really lets that front down, not even at home. His parents also keep up such fronts, for in the family's past there were altercations with Peacekeepers when uppity family members let the world know how they felt. Naturally they all ended badly.
Family:: Only child. Family produces scientific equipment such as beakers and test tubes. Declan has a whole slew of cousins with whom he doesn't identify.
