Patch nodded and laughed "Your doin' fine!, there's no wrong way!" he said. He swirled and tripped, ending up with Arabella leaning on his chest, her tookher hands and danced with her."Crystal lets do this Gypsy style!" he yelled out and continued to dance.

Arabella blushed as he grabbed her hands, but she attempted to collect her thoughts enough to not trip in this dance. She laughed as the music picked up. She smiled at Patch and laughed again; for the first time in a long time, she was having fun. She spun around, her red hair flying, a few strands hitting Patch in the face. "Sorry," she said as she stopped spinning and looked at him awkwardly.

Serena nodded carefully as KC wiped her tears away. She heard him talk about her siblings and more worry washed over her face. "Are they alright?" she asked KC, now worried about her two other brothers. Serena had always been someone to worry about everything. From small things like making an announcement to big things like her siblings, there wasn't a day passing by without Serena worrying. Her voice sounded hoarse from her tears. "Arabella went home..." she added softly, now also worried about her because none of them had came with a guard, since there were barely guards in Elyadon. Serena bit her lip and started to ramble on and on about guards and the border and the rogues and her sister, her face only getting more worried every second until she was literally panicing about the safety of her other siblings.

Shh, calm down. Worrying about them won't help. What will is a clear head." Kaleb said, rubbing Serena's arms until she calmed down. "Now, we're going to have to go back out there," he said, glancing at the thick door. "And when we do, you have to be the princess you are. Brave, confident, sweet Princess Serena." He tried to smile. "Okay? I'm going to find my siblings and parents. Do you think you can meet all of us in the conference hall in half an hour?" he asked.

The infirmary was quite big and seemed to be in very good condition. The nurses were all gathered around a table drinking tea and talking happily, quite like the ones in Elyadon. Nick smiled as an older woman approached them, introducing herself as Fernia, the Head Nurse. He sat down on the clean cot and watched as she got rid of the bloodied strips of cloth he had torn off his cloak. Fencing? Tristan, I am indeed impressed with how deep you can cut one with that fencing sword of yours, thought Nick, resisting the urge to chuckle. He obeyed the Head Nurse and took off his cloak, chucking it onto the ground and his shirt came off as well. Looking at them, did he fully realise what a sight he would've been when he entered the palace. Nick looked at Fernia and replied, "I'm fifteen."

(@DeerInYourHeadlights and I am Confliction ~ If this was a movie, I think I would literally cry in that scene between Serena and Kaleb, and probably before that... and I don't normally cry. :3

Ah, still a boy then." Fernia said, as a few of the younger nurses giggled. "Well, I'll just have to stitch it up. Theresa," she said, snapping her fingers at the girl behind the cart. The young nurse came forward, handing the superior woman a needle with a thin strand of thread. "Ah, here we are. This may pinch." Fernia stuck the needle through Nick's flesh, weaving back and forth until the wound had been sewn shut. She tied it off at the end, took the scissors that Theresa offered, and snipped the ends off. "There you go, my boy. Now, be sure not to sleep on that side, and wash it regularly." she explained. "And you," she said, turning to Tristan. "Good heavens lad, the both of you should get washed immediately. You reek of blood and dirt!" At this, the group of young nurses behind them snickered. "And be sure not to hit so hard with your sword next time." she reprimanded, as if he weren't a prince. Tristan bowed to the woman, smirking despite the unpleasant circumstances.

"But of course, my lady." he said, pulling Nick off the cot. "Thank you for your service. We should take our leave then." He waved good bye to the nurses and exited the wide doors of the infirmary.

"Now those are lads you girls should get to know!" Fernia called out after them, causing the whole gaggle of women to roar in laughter.

Patch shrugged "Doesn't hurt, don't you think horses slap harder with their tail hair in my face then your luchous silk?" he asked taking her hands again. "Now c'mon, the songs almost over" he laughed. After one last dance he sat at a table and laughed with some men, joking, and drinking.

Crystal/ Maid/ Elaydon

Crystal sat on the stage and rested for a while. He laughed with some of the people and played some soothing music. She played for a while and danced with the dancers. 'Left, right,pat, right, left,pat' she chanted in her mind , dancing.

Arabella enjoyed the last of her dance with Patch, but soon it ended. She watched him walk over to where a few other men were laughing and drinking and decided against following him further, even though she wanted to. While a slower song played, she went to a bar and ordered a drink and some of the bread. She leaned against a table and watched the people who were dancing, while she swayed along with the music. Once her drink was empty, she went back out to the dance floor, and tried her new skill out.

Patch saw Arabella and went up to her, he took her hads i the position of a slow dance and started dancing with her. He smiled at her "Your not from the village are you?" he questioned. He thought about where she might have come from adn how Crystal met such a fine woman.

"No," Arabella replied, her cheeks growing hot and red once more. She tried to move smoothly with the music, but her mind was running at a terrible speed. What's the matter with me? I dance with boys all the time at home. she thought.

Patch bowed when the music was over "I must go now' he said. He walked away into a room with a curtain over it. He waved to Arabella and disappeared "Bye Peach!" he called. Patch found his room adn staretd clening up.

Crystal/ Maid/ Elaydon

Crystal walked over to Arabella "So 'Peach' how was your night?" she asked. She old one ofthe men that she needed to the two Vanner's out front, and he left. She turnedback to Arabella "We have to leave soon, your family will notice" she said.

"Bye!" Arabella waved happily after Patch. She realized later she had forgotten to ask if she would see him again. She turned to her friend. "I had a wonderful time! You were right Crystal," she smiled and linked arms with her friend. "But what just happened? He asked if I was from the village, then he left. Did I say something wrong?"

Crystal shook her head "No, he probably went to clean his room or something,he does that at the same time every evening" she said. She happily linked her arms and used her other hand to waved to everyone "Bye guys!" she said "Bye Crystal!" they said , she laughed. She started off towards the door "Lets get outta here!".
