Em blinked slightly a he walked away like everything was okay. Silently but almost miserably she walked over to her bed. Sitting down she blinked slightly and closed her eyes as she flopped back onto her bed. Him mot telling her what was wrong kind of bothered her. She soon changed into her pajamas only to return to bed in silence. Laying down she curled up around her pillow before falling asleep.

I smile to Bruno when he greats me, then I get ready for bed, taking a quick shower, washing my hair for the first time in two days. I look at the waiting Bruno with a smirk, then a shake of my wet head, getting him all hyper and wet. I smile as he shakes again, getting it everywhere. Hmph. I shake my head, then put on some pjs, 'cause pajamas are boring, and sit on my bad, next to Bruno, as I take out my phone, texting Emmie first, saying, heyyyy it's thorn, then texting the millions of people from my old school, saying, k at the new scool wish me luck person, how wuz ur 1st day?, getting no replies until about thirty seconds later.

Em was slightly startled awake by the buzzing of her phone. Reaching over her phone, she couldn't help but smile at the message, biting her lip to hide her pleasant smile. Dainty fingers hovering over the keyboard as she thought of what to say. With a little smile she typed back, ello handsome ^.^ Resting back now she set her phone on the pillow.

I smile at my phone, yawning and getting too lazy to text back to any of the people, not even knowing who I was texting right now. After a few minutes, though, I see that Em texted me. I text back with a smile and a night emmie, before I hook my phone up to the charger and turn off the light, now ready o fall asleep.

Em smiled softly as she received the text responding with, Sweet dreams handsome, have a good nights sleep... closing her eyes as a smile flooded across her lips. Gripping the pillow she pulled it closer, cuddling it. She was hoping to fall asleep quite quickly, to skip over her night terrors, and paranoia.

An easy grin slipped onto Chase's lips at the green girl's small smile. He figured it was given to people often, but he couldn't be so sure. He couldn't instantly judge her on first impressions, could he? Maybe she had just been having a hard day with the teachers. By the tone of her voice when she spoke of them it wasn't hard to guess she didn't like them. He also had the feeling that she wanted to leave, though he didn't see why.. other than the teachers of course.
"I'm sure it's not like that. Maybe you have the power to photosynthesize. You know, because you're green" He suggested, though he was skeptical about that. He wasn't really sure it could work out that way, but he had never been good with science. It could be a possibility, though.
"Great, but you still have to show me my room." A devilish grin lit up Chase's lips as his starry black eyes met Ivy's, his grin becoming teasing and playful.

I can be green with envy, but I suppose I can be green with anger, sadness, happiness and everything else as well.

Her eyebrow rose, and a small smirk went on her lips. “Photosynthesize? Believe it or not, they already tried that one. One of the first things they tried, in fact, as apparently a lot of these people can do that sort of stuff.”

He asked her to show her to his room, and she resisted the urge to grimace. Was this really how normal social protocol worked? Surely it would be obvious on his sheet as to what floor he was on. Perhaps he was simply dense? The concept of flirting never even travelled her mind.

“Alright,” She began to say, before Madame Finn’s cold and cruel voice ripped across the school’s intercoms. Her odd eyes flickered away from chase to land on a speaker, as if Madame Finn was right there. “Well, hopefully you can find it on your own, as it seems I have to go to my dorm now.”

Finally, nightfall. Ivy had many plans she needed to execute before she could attempt an escape.

A triumphant grin lit up Chase's lips as he was told this, just about to make a witty comment on plants and such when suddenly Madame Finn's stern formal voice echoed through the hall. He, too, gazed up to the speaker that resided in the farthest corner, his lips molding into a frown of distaste as they vibrated with each word. He didn't much like the principal, how uptight she always was. Maybe it was just his dislike of rules and such, which this woman seemed to be made up of, he didn't know. Either way he felt much dislike for this person.
"Too bad, I was looking forward to chatting with you" Chase murmured sulkily, disappointment dancing within his bright eyes. But, once again, an easy grin bloomed across his lips. "Most likely tomorrow then, huh?" He would have suggested tonight, since he was planning to sneak out and tour the grounds, but he didn't think this girl got her kicks out of breaking rules.
Saying his goodbyes, he sauntered off up the stairs, his duffelbag smacking against his side with each small leap.

As the sun set over the horizon in a fiery show of orange and pink, Chase gazed out the window to watch it take part in its journey over the mountains and trees, a small frown taking up his lips. Soon, he would escape onto the grounds. Usually he would have taken someone with him, such as a friend or a random person, but thanks to his lack of direction, the only person he knew was Ivy. But, like said before, she didn't seem the type to think this fun.
It didn't matter. He would most likely find others out there in the dead of night, sneaking their way through the shadows.

I head the voice from the speakers and I frowned"Sorry we didn't get to speak more and that I never got the chance to know your name. But it looked like we all must got to bed now." I said turning the other way and heading back to my dorm. It was sad I didn't get to talk with the cute guy some more and he never even told me his name, I hoped to see him another time. I wandered into my room and opened the door looking for my roommate she was no where in sight. I shrugged slightly and put Yuki down as I changed into my night grown, and curled up under the covers and smiled when Yuki jumped up and laded against me. I stroked his soft fluffy fur as I drifted off to sleep.

I head the voice of the headmaster and was already half asleep, "I guess we won't get to great our roommate till tomorrow huh Nana." I said and she had already fallen asleep, I gently got up and changed into my PJ's before getting back into bed. I pull the covers over my shoulders and wiggle into a better spot on the cot before drifting off to sleep, 'so much for day one' I thought to myself and had begun to dream of home.
