Smiling at the belly thing he gently talked to herwith a flick of her nose as well which made her laugh gently. Then with another few words her eyes opened again to meet his own with his voice forming words that he shared to her and she couldn't help but grin. Even she could tell maybe a hitn of lust was inside his eyes. Noting it her cheeks softly blushed gently as she sat there before his arms brought her close in a hold. With her cheeks done flaming up she turned to look up at his eyes that did look as though he was using puppy eyes on her. "Okay, you broke me." she spoke after he tapped the red berry to her soft lips, and even the smell made her belly rumble once again for a desire of food. Her hand grabbed up the plump strawberry in her hands before taking a nice helping bite out of the berry to have her belly rumble in pleasure from food. It was sweet, a bit sour, and red of blood colored as she ate it down in a few bites to leave just the leaf. Cleaning off it all, but the leaf she gently placed the leaf onto his nose as it layed there gently making him look as though a lump of green was formed on his nose. "Look at Santa's Rudolph," she told him laughing slightly before reaching over his body to grab a bit more berries that she ate down nicely. Her belly was growing happy with her food by the lessen of rumbles, but she didn't really care as long as Alec was here which was always. "Now can you play with me?" she said with a soft lick to her slightly blue lips as she sat next to him with her flame inside her chest burning over her lungs for the touch of Alec, and her eyes showing for the first time a hint of lust in her own blue eyes.

Vaguely Natalia heard someone talking to her and calling her name. She didn't recognize the voice but she weakly reached her hand out with a pathetic whimper. "Help me.." she whispered, hoping the person could hear her over the roar of the blaze she'd started.

She could barely open her eyes through the veil of blood covering her face. Through her pain she saw the hazy image of another girl staring down at her, before she lost conciousness.

Grinning when her stomache rumbled, Alec eased away from her as she ate. It wouldn't be his fault she wouldn't eat, so he sat a little bit away from her. Still close, very close, but far enough away he could easily cross his legs without touching her at all. He yawned then, eyes watering a bit as he did so. His mind was finally getting taxed from staying up all night, and for the first time that day he realized he was wide awake yet lagging a little. Her actions and words registered in his brain before he really heard what she was saying. Rubbing his eyes with the heel of his hands, Alec thought about that. It probably wasn't a good thing that he wasn't quick on his feet, but he hadn't slept peacefully in over a year and for the past few days he'd been staying up all night anyway. He lowered his hands finally and knew his eyes were red from rubbing the sleep from them.
While she ate he laid out onto the grass and closed his eyes for a second, just simply relaxing while she was busy. His eyes jerked open when he felt something touch his nose, and realized it was just Lew. A sleepy smile creeped onto his face. She was calling him Rudolf for some odd reason. . . Eyes going cross-eyed to look at his nose, he laughed softly. She'd placed the leaf of the strawberry on his nose. Nice. Alec blew at the green leaves and watched them scatter away.
He sat up and placed his head on his hand. "And what game would you like to play, my little elf?" Alec couldn't help but tease her, after all, she'd called him rudolf. He needed to get her back somehow. Running a hand through his gold wheat colored hair, he watched her silently. She seemed to really like him, generally and truely just for him. Not his power-thank goodness-, and not for anything else. "You are amazing, you know that?" He suddenly whispered, a smile winding its way onto his features as he watched her eyes. Was it just him or was he seeing something in her eyes that reminded him of himself?

Cass saw Natalia's lips move, but heard no sound come out of them. Quickly she looked around for something to stop the bleeding, and noticed the fire. But she had to find something to stop the bleeding before she could get Natalia out of the fire. She quickly tore a piece of thick forest moss from the ground, and pressed it against Natalia's wound, it wasn't the best thing around, but the fabric of her clothing was to stiff to tear and it wasn't absorbant enough to do any good either. And Natalia's clothes were already too blood soaked to do any good either.

She lifted the girl carefully from the ground, making sure the large clump of moss stayed on the wound. It was very slow going, but she did manage- somehow- to get the other girl out of the flaming part of the forest. She started towards the labs, but stopped at a stream on the way to change the moss on Natalia's wound, and perhaps to see if she could clean it with the clean, but cold, stream water.

Cass pulled up another large section of moss, about twice the size of her hand. This time she took it to the stream and rinsed the dirt off the bottom, even though that wouldn't be on her wound it would be easier to hold it there without the dirt. She took the wet, but clean, moss and pulled off the dirty, bload soaked piece she had put on earlier in her hurry. She laid the moss nearby, and cupped her hands together, scooping up as much water from the stream as she could. She ran it slowly over Natalia's wound, and when she ran out, she filed her hands again, repeating this three times until the major wound was clean. She then stuck her clean moss on the wound, since it was still better than Natalia's shirt. It seemed like the bleeding was getting slower, so at least there was that in her favor. She went on to tear a strip about four inches wide off the botton of Natalia's shirt, assuming that the girl wouldn't mind since the shirt was already ruined by the blood. She rinsed out the strip as much as she could, thought there were still stains from the blood, and used it to clean the spatters of blood and mud and ash off Natalia's face.

Grinning she stood up slowly her body flowing gently as she stood like a feather blowing with the wind. As she stood she turned to stare down at Alec her eyes shining against the light that was dimming against the coming evening sun, though still bright. "Haha, thanks. You are as well," she said whinking at him with her left eye before talking again. "Now a game. I still think you need to loss a pound or two, so catch me if you can."
Before letting him get her she leap backwards her bare feet landing gently onto the grass in a fluid like motion, and her eyes narrowed gently inside her eyes as the fire burned against her chest rapidly. She could feel it now even as she was doing anything against her body. With a slight crouch she turned on her heels to bolt in the forest with her ripped jeans blowing back, and her hair doing the same as she pounded against the ground. Wind blew against her ears, hair didn't touch her face, her eyes blinked rapid against the wind, and even now with her mind clear she felt she could fly. Jumping lightly she went airborn a second from the groudn before twisting around to backwards from where she ran to see if Alec was really chasing.
She could admit he was perfect. Wheat like hair of sweet soft feathers, eyes of shining suns, and his skin like that of rays of the sun that gently touched her so wonderfully it was as if she too was at peace again. Blinking again, she gave a grin.

Groaning the whole time he stood up, Alec flailed his arms and whined for a second. Just because he felt in the mood to be easy-going. "I didn't sleep at all last night, can't we just sit for a minute?" He pouted for a moment, scowling at Rachel's back. This was all her fault. Now he had to run around to catch her to make sure she didn't hurt herself somehow. Another groan came from his throat when she took off running. Wait- Don't I have to catch her? Startled for a second, Alec stared after her.
After that millo-second, he took off running full-speed after her.
All the while he was thinking how stupid this was, but he'd chase her if she wanted him to. Sometimes life just wasn't fair. His eyes- which were a soft shade of green with flecks of gray that day- followed her every movement. Whenever she ducked her curved around a tree he made the same movement. Fingers curled around a tree branch before it snapped at his face, and he noticed up ahead that Lew was facing him now. She was even grinning. Alec stuck his tongue out at her and tried to catch up to her. His legs were tired already, and his sides achesd. Jeez, maybe Lew was right. It took about two seconds for him to realize he'd come to a full-blown stop and yet another second or so to notice a sharp pain in his ankle. He looked down to figure out what had caused him the pain, and noticed his foot was jammed into a tree root. "Stupid bloody. Freakin'. Trees." Alec gingerly pried his foot away from the root and started jogging towards Lulu again. It wasn't hurt enough that it would stop him in his pursuit, but it did hurt enough that he was going a bit slower then before.

Lulu was grinning when Alec came to her in a deep series of intake of breatsh into his maybe burning lungs against the chase. Her lungs which where unfased with the whole twist as well as dive to turn did nothign inside her skin. They seemed almost used to this when a week ago she would have mostly likely be on the ground to rest from that. Now not so much. Sticking his tounge out at her she laughed gentle her eyes closing though when opening them again she noticed his eyes bending down to look at his foot, and sadly for him he meet the sharp base of a tree root to make him bleed. She knew not to go so hard for him, but did angle her head upwards to look at him sadly. "You okay? Can you still go on? I mean I don.." then during mid-say a figure of white as well as bleeding crashed though the trees his arms of pinkish tint grabbing the trees madly to keep form touching the ground. Then once he latched onto a tree nearby them he turned his bloody face to them and she almost ran over to Alec in defense as well as anger. Unknown. What the heck was he doing here?! Unknown was gasping for breath his voice clipped from blood coming from his lips, and his body bleeding too much for a human to live though, though she knew he was barely alive forthe purpose of killing. Before she could grab words to slam at Unknown he shook his head weakly his eyes fluttering against his skull. "Listen, The Evil one is coming. Robots of man are coming as well. I came to warn you. Take the stream, get away from here and go find the others..before he kills you. Also, don't let him grab the black fire. Don't let him.." he spoke out before crashing to the ground in a loud thud his body smashing apart inside with tiny gears snapping, and wires breaking apart for his body. She coudl hear it, but couldn't understand why he came to warn her. Now he was dead. Still standing there she turned back at Alec to stare, and already she knew there game was over. "What was that about?" she asked him with a straighting of her back before gracefully walking over to him in long powerful strides before stopping at his side. "Strange. I mean why, and what did he mean by robots coming for us? Do you think he was telling the truth?" She knew if he was she was going to be a bit fearful of the whole idea, but if he was faking why would he be bloody, broken, and dead on the ground? A bit nervous she let her hand beside her coil into Alecs hand to seek some sort of safe bond she had with the world, and even now she forgot her secret she was going to share with Alec and focused again on the dangers ahead. Though still in thought not letting him die. Never..ever.

Alec stared at all the gears and wires, startled and shocked by the randomness of the event. What had he meant, 'don't let them take the black heart'? Was this about what Lulu had wanted to tell him? His eyes unfocused as he stared at the ground where Unknown lay. Everything was confusing him now. The robots' he could understand, but this Black Heart, what was that about? "I say we do what he told us to. If he is telling the truth then we'd better run, but if he isn't, then..." Alec shrugged one shoulder as if to say 'what can we do'. The answer was simple, they couldn't do anything. If they had to fight any of those techno things, they were going to die most likely. No one could face one of those things and live, it just wasn't possible.
Standing straight as a thought hit him, Alec looked over at Lew with wide eyes. He said find the others, why would they need to get to them? Where were they even, and how could they find them? "Lets follow the river. We should try to make it to the barrier surrounding the property before anything tries to come after us." He squeezed her hand for a second before turning from her. With his back to the whole mess, he could let his wall of emotions break down for a second. It was too much for him to be able to hide everything that wanted to come out. For a second he let the emotions dance across his eyes. Hurt at loosing a friend, fear for Lulu and him, pain from his sprained ankle, and finally anger at whoever was planning this.
It was about that time when he realized something. All his other cuts and bruises were healed. Even his ribs felt remotely better then the night before. What was that about? He tried to find somewere that was still hurt. bloody, or scraped raw. Nothing. "Lew- are you hurt at all?" Alec turned to face her again, this time hard curiosity made his eyebrows draw downwards. He felt like they were being watched, but by whom or what he couldn't tell.

Lulu turned to face him when he spoke. Her eyes of blue seas darkened gently against the fading light though even in the dimming she knew deep inside those eyes of her souls there was fear inside her eyes. "Well I trust whatever you are doing Alec," she said hopefully though her eyes did not match with her voice. Though after he spoke telling her they should go with the river to run as well as maybe her hope find more of there kind he squezzed her hand gently with a soft of feelign that right now he was the only thing holding her grounded. Truth, she was nervous. She can admit it. Robots of man comign for them with bodies ofUnknown though much more harder to control, but that didn't include whatever else that layed in there hands for using so even that brought in unknown fears as she walked with him towards the river again. Suddenly, not noticing he stopped from the walk, and her mind off she bumbed into his side her eyes jerking upwards with a slight heat of her cheeks. "Oh, sorry. Um, am I hurt? Well, I feel different if thats what you mean?" she said softly at him with hereyes dancing around emotions of her feelings right now. Unknown feelings that mixed to create unknowns. "What about you?" she asked before a soft snap of a twig got her attention. Her eyes moved fast towards the sound to only notice a man spring up form the bush to come straight at the two with a set of clawed hands that jerked outward like a bird of prey. Seeing this she threw herself at Alec with her body letting the bird man fly over there shoulders before hsi hands dug into the tree behide them. More growls came then of many other trees bring forth men like animals with feet of hooves for some, long teeth as well, and no eyes it seem for different kinds. They all looked like half animals as they advanced on to two there eyes or heads facing them with teeth dripping. The bird man behide them free now grabbed at her arms which where on Alec to place them against her back with a small cruel laugh from his lungs. Others looked at him before coming closer to her with her bodies close as the bird man holding her arms began to drag her away a good half following suit. The other half advanced them on Alec to prevent him from attacking the group ahead, and as they closed in behide her she only heard the soft sounds of feet pushing though the grass at Alec.
