A strange and not altogether pleasant arrangement of sounds assaulted Kanji's ears. She couldn't really accurately describe any of them, but the closest thing she could think of was the sound of every bone in a human body being broken and healed simultaneously. "I don't know what you are," She said, activating her shield as well, "But you can just stay where you are. There's three of us, and only one of you."

She looked at them with a wolfish smirk and walked forward, her sword shining and her armours fur bristling.

"I said stay where you are!" Kanji said, pointing her sword in the direction of the footsteps. The stranger's refusal to respond to her only increased her apprehension. The footsteps sounded normal now, but she still couldn't get that other barrage of sounds out of her head. "Don't think I can't kill you just because I can't see you!"

She smiled. "I have no doubt that you could kill me," she said confidently "but the matter is, could you catch me?"

Faulonor smiled and nodded his head. "I appreciate all of the help." the elf said. His right ear twitched a few times in curiosity. Duviyn wasn't paying much attention, was he. No matter, he agreed to help him, and that's all that mattered.

Thrush let out a loud yelp in shock as the wolf changed into a person. "A werewolf!" she exclaimed, staring at the now-Nord in front of her. Nervously, and subconsciously, the elf hid behind her two other traveling companions. She wasn't a fighter, she just wrote songs about those fights!

A werewolf. So that made sense of the noise, at least. Still, that didn't make Kanji feel any better. "I don't need to catch you," She said, shuffling her feet around for a good sized rock. " Just don't come any closer, and I won't have to put a blade through your head."

She grinned. "I'm sure Hircine and Medirith wouldn't be happy bout' that..." she sighed.

"And Ius and Ze'en won't be too happy about a murder without reason!" Thrush exclaimed nervously. She probably wasn't helping the situation, but she needed to say something. Man, who thought they'd be killed on their way to the ruins. Thrush thought it'd happen inside, if anything.

Bodean squinted his eyes. He understood Hircine, but why Medirith? He observed their new 'friend'. She had dark hair and bright blue eyes. He took note that she wasn't wearing shoes or gloves. How peculiar... "Help?" He questioned.
