Xavia smiled, tugging the Master down to the bed and curling up against him. "You're so comfy." She mumbled into his chest.

"You are like a gigantic teddy bear." The Master said, pulling her close to him. "So loveable."
In the vast universe, the history of humanity is
but a flash of light from a lone star.
The life of a single person should be
lost in space and time.
But among the stars, there is
one light that burns brighter than all others.
The light of Samus Aran.
Her battles extend beyond her life,
and etch themselves into history.
With the death of the planet Phaaze,
Samus Aran's arduous fight
against Phazon has ended.
However, in the vast
regions of space,
this victory is just a twinkle of a star,
spreading the light of hope
through the darkness.

Eleven watched him run out before turning his full attention to Roger, wrapping his arms around her in a loose hug, loose enough so she could pull away if she wanted too.
"Shhhh." he whispered, "It's ok... it's ok."
Images flashed to the Doctors mind of when he was younger, oh, way younger. Back on his first incarations and when Susan was a little girl. When she awoke from nightmares and he comforted her. Oh that was a life time ago. Eleven lifetimes, but what he did to calm her down came back to him with startling clarity.
He started to softly sing an old Galifrayan song. It was different to the one Eight was humming before, it was slower, softer and the way he sang it in the language of the Time Lords made it sound calming.

Roger was still shaking, though now it wasn't nearly as bad. She buried her face into Eleven's shirt, listening to him sing. She was crying softly, but who could really blame her? She had just been assaulted by someone she though she could trust. So she stood there, shaking, crying, and letting herself be comforted by her great whatever grandfather.

Eleven slowly finished the song off, rubbing her shoulder gently. He tightened the hug, only for a second as if to tell her that he was there and would always be there for her. He loosened the hug again and looked at her, the anger in his eyes had vanished and now they only held love. Love for his great great great grandchild.

Roger looked up at him, blinking the tears from her large brown eyes. Her lip was bruised and bleeding, but she seemed to be mostly ok, though she was still shaking slightly. She hugged him in gratitude for coming to save her. She wished she didn't need saving, but was glad that when she had needed someone, he had come.

((It's fine. I should have thought his name through but NOooo.... Anyway John W. would never assault Roger, evil starfish or not.))
