Another day of listening to this teacher complain about how none of us know any of these things. Looking around as his class mates, they weren't very impressive. Most were just gossiping or playing flappy bird.

Mirai walked to the far wall of the gym. She slid down curled up into a ball with her knees tucked into her chest, Taking out her snap phone to update her Tumblr blog while waiting for class to start. She didn't try to socialize with anyone anymore, only because her clumsiness almost always got someone hurt. She didn't work well with others, and did most of her practice on her own. It was better that way.

Mirai looked up and thought she saw someone looking her way, and her eyes rested on a boy with brown hair who was texting or doing something on his phone. Mirai looked away, 'As if anyone would notice me. Its better to just-'

Her thoughts were interrupted by her almost dropping her phone, which led to her juggling it in the air while it bounced around in her hands. It dropped on the floor with a loud clatter, the battery popping out. Mirai flinched and shrank back when eyes were on her. She scrambled for her phone and to slide the battery in, but she kept dropping it.

Worst. Day. Ever.

Raven ducked her head by her locker, texting back: Okay. and grabbing her science books. Science was interesting, to her. In most schools, they studied moles and joules and useless information. In this school, they studies the science of powers and abilities. She slammed her locker, walking into class a bit early and sitting in a stool in the far back. She didn't exactly enjoy staring into the backs of the kids she hated, but she liked it more than being stared at herself. Raven grabbed her pen and doodled a giant circus tent, with two clowns at the entrance, who looked coincidentally like her and Cole.

Resting his chin in the palm of his hand, he blandly looked at the teacher. Man, was this class boring. He couldn't wait for later. Was it considered a date? Cole didn't know. He wasn't good at these kind of things. In fact, he was terrible at them. Longing to just get home, he gave a short sigh and buried himself in his arms, literally. His head placed on his desk, he coiled his arms around his temple, blocking out the beaming light.
