The Texan nearly choked on his drink after Felice made a statement about flirting, and coughed into the crook of his arm. He eventually calmed himself down, but not without gaining some worried or amused looks from his teammates. He felt his face heat up and he looked at Felice with a surprised expression. He become quite fond of Felice, if he was honest, even though he did get concerned about the cook's past, and his extreme favoritism towards him. Of which, he tried not to let get to his head. His family had raised him to be humble, to get used to being treated just the same as everyone else.
He clearly hadn't expected Felice to be so blunt, however, and it was clear that he had been caught off-guard. Dell had always been great with machinery, but he was sadly less sharp when it came to romance, or, flirting.
"Eh...uh....Felice--" He started to say, scrambling for words, but more chaos caused him to silence himself. His team, if there was one thing they truly excelled in, it was being loud, angry, and chaotic. The storm outside wasn't helping at all; a nearby lightning crack sent a resonating shockwave that he could feel as the table rattled slightly. Even though he tried to recover the mood, Felice promptly left, Scout began to complain, and some of them were getting into arguments. He had grown...weary, of trying to mediate. Dell sighed under his breath and took his dishes up; he had finished eating. "G'night, folks, I'm tuckered out." He announced. As Merasmus sighed and removed his skull mask, Engie nudged him gently with his elbow.
"Hey, Wizard feller. If you're finished, I can try and find a spare room for ya to kick back for the night. It's fixin' to rain all night at this rate." He offered, in a softer tone.
