Zach walked down the sidewalk like he owned the place. His head was held high and a smile played across his lips. A soft sound came with each fall of his foot and disappeared into the busy air of the town. He was supposed to be getting to know some girl, Maggie, that was her name. In no hurry to set to work on his 'great mission', he continued walking and sending a wink to whatever female that happened to walk past him. If I were a girl named Maggie, where would I live? he thought to himself. His excitement towards having a female to protect was blatantly obvious. All the possibilities to be a flirt.

Taru sat in a tall tree that found its home in her backyard. She rested her back against the trunk and let one of her legs dangle in the air. The air was cool and of decent humidity. It was a nice day for once, no rain or clouds, just sunshine lighting the earth. Her hair fell messily over his shoulders as her thoughts distracted her from what wildlife was around her. Life was easy, she hadn't attended school in a good amount of time and only worked a part time job. She couldn't complain.

The Doctor's hands worked quickly as he mixed an armful of chemicals together. Goggles were secured around his eyes, but he had no concern to wear gloves. A puff of smoke fumed from the test tube clasped in his hand. He laughed madly before swearing sharply and throwing the vial against the wall. The glass shattered and the chemicals left an oozing burn mark on the brick surrounding the lab. A wide smile spread across the mad doctor's lips.

Nova trotted down the street her claws clicking against the hard surface. Perking her head and ears she looked for her witch. The one she had to protect. 'Why' she snarled in her thoughts 'I just want to relax for atleast a day' she snorted raising her head to sniff for her new owner.

Clara sipped on a hot mug of Hot Chocolate and read the newspaper. She had to admit mornings were very calming, and something warm made them even better. Mac walked up beside her and she turned her head to look at him, smiling.

"Heya girlie," he said, ruffling her sleep-mussed hair in affection. She chuckled as his walked over to the coffee machine to start his coffee. Gaia wasn't up yet, and Clara assumed she wouldn't be up for a while, because she had no school today.

Destiny woke up and yawned. She rolled over in her bed. What was supposed to happen today? Oh yes she was supposed to meet her new gaurdian. She hoped it was a cat. She really did not want to get up today. But she did so anyways. She put on a black tee-shirt with a skull on it and a pair of black jeans. She tried her best to calm the frizziness of her hair with very little success. Then with a shrug she put on her converse and left her house. She jumped up onto her fence and sat there waiting. Two kittens below her tumbling over each other and trying to get her attention.

Zach was torn from his deep thoughts and attempts to get into the mind of a teenage girl when he laid his eyes on a dog. But, it wasn't exactly a dog, though it appeared as one, he knew she was much, much more. He instantly fell into step beside the canine and put on a flirtatious tone. "Hello there, hon. What's a beautiful girl like you doing walking all alone?" He looked at her with the utmost attention and flashed his signature smile. It was a crooked grin with partially narrowed eyes, wolfish in appearance.

The girl flicked open her eyes when she felt the branch beside her rustle softly. Something had joined her in the tree. Peering over, she smiled at a large hawk that was calmly preening its feathers. "Long time no see." She said kindly, but the bird gave no response. With a shrug, she turned back to her musings, balanced deftly on the branch.
