The Baron stood rooted to the spot, her mind spiraling out of reality and zoning off to some place she could focus. Absolutely no memories of anything that he'd mentioned. None. She looked up at him and half considered shifting through a few of the yelling man's thoughts. She cast them aside almost too quickly. If it was something that was going to happen in her future... Spoilers. She shook her head. "Look, I'm sorry, Jack. I'm... I'm a time traveler, maybe whatever you think has happened just hasn't happened for me yet." she shrugged helplessly.

He nodded, "I know, I also know that time can be disrupted. You should let me off next planet we reach. I was rather fond of our time together, and I think you enjoyed it too" he said, falling into a chair, looking glum, deflated and as if his whole world had just come crashing down around him.

The Baron looked at him and could only be reminded of herself when she'd found out she was now a Timelord. Quite distressed and just all out depressed. She sighed and caved out of sympathy. She quietly sat down on the edge of the chair beside him, more perching than sitting. "I... Look, you don't have to go. You can leave if you want to, I mean I'm sure you'll be fine. You're Captain Jack Harkness for Gallifrey's sake... At this point, you should have been flirting with every living and non-living thing that you come across. I'm surprised my TARDIS hasn't had to throw a fit yet." She sighed, having run out of words.

He looked at her, his trench coat pooling around him, "What the? he said, looking at the TARDIS, noticing slight descrepencies that should have been obvious to him. he shook his head, "Let's go over there." he said to Vesta, tapping her shoulder pointing over at Jack and Barron.

Jack cursed "Let's leave it will be here soon" he said, looking at his watch frantically.

Vesta nodded and Ametye shifted his wings, using his tail to steer himself to where the Doctor had pointed. "What's wrong?" She asked, peering at the ground and noticing two people near a police box.

jack laughed, "Now you tell me to flirt more." he said and sighed again, "The reason I am not flirting is because of you. It will make more sense if time travels along itself again."he said sighing, "which I doubt it will, especially if that is one of the Doctors faces out there." he said again, and jumped up smiling, 'But I guess it is better to go out with a bang, huh?" he asked giving her another kiss. "Thanks." he whispered in her ear before looking over the console.

He shook his head, "Some women and jack are in my space ship." he said looking at her quizzically,

Vesta frowned, "why would they have your ship?" She asked as Ametye flew closer to the TARDIS peering at it for anything dangerous. 'what does it do Time Lord? A ship sales on the sea, space is to far for any being to go, dragon, elf or human he frowned a dragon frown.

He laughed "Good thing I am not a human, and space won't always be so... Elite." He said after contemplating the proper word, "humans will be space faring in just a few centuries, another few after that they will have colonies in over half the universe." He said smiling "But never will they come close to a ship half as beautiful as that one there." He said frowning.

Lets hope I live to see the day, if it is so I will owe you. the dragon chuckled a little. Vesta shook her head and watches as the police box hung in the air, twirling gently. She pearled closer holding the neck spike in front of her for balance. "Don't move." She said over her shoulder, letting go of the spike and undoing tr straps on the saddle that held their legs in place. After tightening them back up around the Doctors legs she stood slowly, she peered back at Doctor and then climbed alof Ametyes neck. Holding on tightly to his neck spikes, Vesta crouched on his neck, peering closer at the box she stood took a breath and jumped.

He laughed, "That ship, travels through time, I can show you the human empire." he said smiling, but as Vesta got ready to jump he leaned forward, and grabbed her leg, "No, don't do that." he said angrily.

Vesta flailed as she felt a hand grip around her ankle, her head snaked towards the Doctor. "Too late." She grinned then broke his grip from her leg and fell from the sky grinning, Ametye had known her plan all along. 'She tends to do this Doctor, there is no need to worry' He huffed a little, 'Hold on tight now' the dragon chuckled before becoming a purple blur against the dark night sky. Vesta giggled as her head swam, she did this too often, she was going to get brain damage one day.
