2-I can do a lot better but I got a low score to try to avoid being remembered by the other tributes. I'll show you what I've really got in the arena.


:: perѕonalιтy ::
She is shy in front of a large group and prefers to work alone. Karlen is type of girl who really puts her heart into everything she does. She can get scared but for the most part just resolves to put her fears behind her and move on as well as learn from them. Karlen would easily die to protect someone she cares about and would go to the ends of the earth to try to keep that person safe. However; Karlen isn't much for revenge seeing it as an unnecessary and unfair action. Despite her cold nature upon first meeting her Karlen is very accepting but she isn't huge on endless chances. If you mess up she understands and will give you a second chance, though she never forgets what happened and often would see someone a bit differently after something like that. Karlen is happiest when she can be alone out in the fields or woods beyond her district where she frequently visits by scaling over the fence with the help of nearby trees. Her strengths are sword fighting, speed and agility, she knows how to be hungry as her family has always been poor. She is also an excellent tree climber and her eyes adapt pretty quickly to the dark.
Her weak points are that sShe is strong but against anyone larger than her she that strength doesn't do her much good; in a fight her main strengths are being able to dodge the hits others give out and being fast enough to make her own before they can block her.

Her pale blue eyes are unlike anyone else's in her entire district and it's been the town scandal for years as to who she could have gotten that color from. Certainly not her father with eyes the color of old dead grain or her mother with eyes the color of fresh straw. Neither one of her sisters share her eye color either. Because of this everyone but her family has always shied away from her. Parents won't let their kids play with her, even teachers kept away from her as much as possible. After a while Karlen just realized that it wasn't worth it try when she only got hurt in the end.

I usually rp my characters with descriptions and she is a variation of one of my main role-play characters so I am posting my usual description of her that shows some of her personality too. Karlen stands at around 5' 2 inches tall, though overall she was very small and skinny. She has very dirty blonde hair almost a brunette color. Her hair comes to about 4 inches past her shoulders. Karlen's most defining feature is her pale blue eyes. She has slightly tanned skin from harvesting in the fields but is still pretty pale. Karlen's legs are actually where about half of her height comes from; making it easier to climb trees and fences when she choose to.She keeps her nails short because she can't stand the dirt that always gets stuck under her nails if she keeps them long. Karlen is very simple in her appearance preferring jean like pants with a simple shirt over the dresses or skirts most girls in her district wear, her hair is very rarely down usually it is put up in either a braid or pony tail to keep it off her face and out of the way.

Isis Arienna Rose is this red-head's full name. The name Isis is taken from the ancient Greek goddess of rainbows, and is pronounced Ice-iss. The name Arienna comes from the girls family, running down from generation to generation to each girl, and is pronounced Air-e-enna. Her last name, Rose, is of course her father's name, and is also a beautiful flower, blossoming in red, white, pink, peace, coral, lavender, orange, yellow, and blue, pronounced Rows. Her main nicknames are Ice, Ari, and just simply rose.

Isis is a girl, and would probably be offended if it wasn't obvious to you. Quite proud to be feminine as well. She's seventeen years old, soon to be eighteen the next year on October 31st if she survives the Hunger Games.

Isis belongs to District Three, known for being the most technological district. Due to where she lives, Isis is used to being surrounded by technology, and can be slightly irritated without it. She's the biggest cyber-freak she knows other then her parents! In training, she gained a six. Isis insists that she could have done better, but was hiding her true talent, though.

ＷＨＡＴ'Ｓ ＯＮ ＴＨＥ ＩＮＳＩＤＥ？

Isis has a somewhat simple personality. Being in District Three, she's used to being surrounded more by technology then by people, and keeps to herself most of the time. She doesn't like having to work with other people unless it's an absolute must, and since her parents are big "inventors" themselves, she's often used to having the aid of their inventions. To her, being around other people can be highly irritating to her intelligence, as she has a false believe that since they think differently from her, that they'll either judge her or won't be able to work with her properly. Speaking of how she "thinks differently," since she has been away from other people except her parents, she's grown several anti-social habits. She doesn't think of communicating the way others would, likes many different things then what's popular, and her mind is filled with several different things other then what the average teenager her age in a rich district like her's thinks. Isis much more prefers the company of technology and animals, then actual human beings.

Even though she's quiet and shy around people, she's extremely outgoing when you get to know her and if you actually gain her friendship. She'll actually come out to you, talk to you, things such as that. Though, in friendship, she requires a lot of things. They have to be able to at least pretend they know what she's talking about, be nice, and not painfully "normal." The sad thing is, even if she does have a friend, she won't necessarily care if anything happens to them, and she's very unfeeling. She often doesn't care if someone close to her gets hurt unless it's her immediate family, and even them she's not entirely sympathetic. The only person she usually feels sorry for is herself. Despite that, she can actually be pretty gentle with someone if they grow on her.

The thing is... often when she lets someone in her life she doesn't entirely care for them at all, even though she acts like it. Usually it's just that, acting. Now, don't get me wrong, she's not a mean person, but she's not entirely nice. Isis can and will use her knowledge to make up some clever remarks are some plan and use someone for something she needs. If she wants something done, she'll usually convince someone to do it for her if she doesn't wish to enter in the activity. She doesn't like people seeing through her lies, and if they do, she'll often do anything to ruin their life. But that's off topic... Back to her not being a mean person, but not being nice. She doesn't like choosing sides, and so she just considers herself neutral. She's often smug about this decision, and thinks it makes her more dangerous then it actually does.

Isis was raised by her two parents her whole life in District Three. She was raised around her parent's technology and inventions that they bought and made. When she was very young, something they had invented kind of, well, exploded on one side of her face as she was peeking her left eye to look in it (it was a telescope). Her eye was blinded, and her left part of her face was scarred, leaving her to have several nasty looks in the future. Besides that, nothing really happened that didn't happen to any other kid. Of course, since her parents and district was rich, she got a very good education, and she got better training for the impending Hunger Games. Since Isis had more free-time then the average kid, her parents made her practice fighting, defense, stealth, and of course building technology. Stealth has become her favorite lesson. And now, the past has caught up with the present.

Hallum is a very grounded person and is easy to get along with most of the time once you get to know him. He is a somewhat secretive and mysterious person due to his past, but can also be a fun and outgoing person. Hallum tries hard to be optimistic and open-minded, especially in very bad situations. He is a determined strong-willed person, making him independent and stubborn. That also makes Hallum have a bit of a bad temper, and can be mean when he wants too. He can be a dare-devil and likes to take a lot of risks, feeling that life is too short. But ever since his father leaving them, he's has some trust and anxiety issues that Hallum is still trying to work on. But now since he has been picked in the annual reaping, he has become very sober and doesn't interact with a whole lot of people, which is part of his tactic to seemingly not be a threat in the arena. In reality though, he is very happy to be chosen as a tribute, like the other Career tributes

His mother is a stay-at-home mom and her father produces weaponry for a living. Hallum is the second child of four children; Colton, his 19 ear old brother, Sayla, his 14 year old sister and Luka, his 11 year old brother. Despite being an upper-class citizen, he's had a rough childhood. Hallum's father left his family when he was nine, but later realized what a big mistake he has made by leaving. His mother already had a boyfriend by the time his father came back, and she found it very hard to trust him again. Her father pried his way back into their lives, and then Hallum's mother broke up with her boyfriend. Their parents remarried each other, but that whole experience has left a huge impact on the four kids. While their father was away, their mother was like a zombie- she would care for their natural needs, but was mentally far away from them. So Hallum and Colton had to help take care of their two younger siblings, especially Luka since he was only four when their father left them, but thankfully Colton was sort of old enough to help out with Luka, since he was 7. But during the time his parent's were separated, they had had to watch family members and friends suffer and die from being on the Hunger Games. So then his mother made all four kids start learning skills that were needed if they were ever picked.
