:T O R I N:

They were... jumping out the window?
He peered out the glass-less window, staring down. Immediately, Torin's face paled. He couldn't make a jump like that. Not in this condition. He'd die. He'd surely die. But, then again, he didn't know. Was he supposed to know? It was his body, after all. He knew it's limits. This had to be one of them.
Torin lifted his head and glanced over his shoulder, knowing the guards were on their way. Frowning, he decided he'd rather die than be captured again. In here, it was prison. Prison wasn't a happy place to be, contained in a cursed box like a lab rat. He hoisted himself up onto the window pane and stared down at the eight foot drop.
He was going to die.
Squeezing his eyes shut, he willed himself to bring the two fuzzy images of the two girls in his head. Faith, with her beautiful wavy blond hair and blue eyes, and Christine, with long straight brown hair like his own, and bright green eyes. Their smiles comforted him, and gave him the strength to push off.
Everything slipped from around him for a few weightless seconds. The feeling was incredible, and he could not even begin to describe it accurately. The few words that came into his head were bliss, freedom, and relief. But then, he heard five deafening cracks, and pain washed over him.
Torin willed his eyes to open. His head throbbed, and the sky above seemed to sway from side to side uneasily. Tears budded at the corners of his eyes and he turned his head, the two ropes of blood that had spiraled around him had splattered onto the metal singles of the roof. It looked like a murder scene.
Then he realized he was alive.
Bloodied and broken, but definitely alive.
That boy, with the light orange hair and fair skin, was shouting something. Something about running down the road. Was Torin supposed to run down a road? He couldn't remember. He attempted to push himself up, but his arm gave way and let out a horrible cracking sound. The tears had begun to fall and he whimpered, his entire body burning. Alright, so, his arm, shoulder, left wrist and it felt as though his ankle, were broken. The rest of the pain was impossible for him to pinpoint at that moment.
Torin spotted a black haired boy, (who, might he add, he recognized as the one who blew that guard's brains out) making his way off the roof he was on and down to the ground. Torin let out a shaky breath and attempted to follow his example, pushing down the roof onto the ground. But once he landed in the soil, he didn't get up.
He couldn't get up.

|Raccoon| .:
Raccoon didn't hear the boy when he said that they needed to get movie, but he did see everyone else start running. He muttered a curse to himself, putting his hand to his head as dizziness decided to attack him again. He was about to take off after them, when the weird boy with the blood fell down somewhere near him. He doubled over again, trying to barf again, but failing. Even the acids in his stomach refused to come out. Raccoon blinked, staggering toward his fallen 'brother' so to say. He really didn't look good...worse than Raccoon was, despite the blood and the probably-broken-hopefully-sprained arm. "Come on," he said heavily, his voice slurred slightly. He felt like he got hit over the head with something very heavy... maybe he did have a concussion. He reached down with his good arm, sadly the one that was drenched from shoulder to fingertip in gore, and grasped the strange boy on his upper arm, levering him more or less to his feet. Well, slumped at a very awkward angle against Raccoon.

He had pulled -what was the boy's name?- his good arm over his shoulders, and began leading him toward the road.
"Can you go faster?" he asked softly, his breathing thick and heavy. More nausea was consuming him, wanting to send him to his knees, but Raccoon closed his eyes and forced himself forward until he felt like he was stable enough to keep walking. Raccoon couldn't say that the boy he was leading was helping him any, but he certainly wasn't hindering him. Raccoon doubted he could move very much faster if he wanted to. A small wave of breath sent the scent of blood to his nose, and he felt sick all over again. He felt disgusting, covered in another man's blood. But, above all, he felt hopeless. He had killed someone, which meant if religion were real, he was doomed to hell in the end whatever happened during his life. Before that, he would probably get caught for being covered in someone's blood, taken in and arrested. And then he would be taken to a science lab if they found out he was unusual, and sooner or later, he would end up in the hands of the people he just escaped from. Yay.

[Cleo : Van : Blake]

Location: Near Dome Side, forest ahead
Talking to: Raven-haired boy
Pain: Mild 35% Cut on Arm, and roof burned
Form: Human
If you want to get out alive, run for your life.

With a few soft breaths of the cold fresh air Cleo rose up from the dirt ground to place a shaking pale hand to a cut on her right arm from the fall though the window, and including the roof which skinned away a bit of the open cut soft bleeding was felt not soon after her hand was placed over the area. Turning back around she could hear in her ears the sirens of the indoor dome sounding off at the attackers that are trying to run away. It blared in her ears, but over the noise she could pick out the small boy along with his friend directing orders to run into the creeping dark forest ahead before finding road. Seeing the raven haired boy behide her help the blood kid, Cleo knew she was on her own if she wanted to escape sence as of now she with weakened state from the fight, and the slice up on her arm it was her own life she had to save sence now the panther took off, a girl about her age dove into the forest, both the leaders took off into the underbrush, and the two boys behide her where rising up with the dark-haired one doing most of the effort, though moving slow. Turning back towards the forest before back again at the remaining two, she turned back coming to the remaining side of the boy with the whipping blood. Turning towards the blacked haired she said over the howling sirens. "Do you want a ride on my back though the forest? I can give that, but with the speed your going you might be caught in the next few seconds when they reach down here. Say yes or no to my offer quickly please," she told the blacked haired with a bit of her fists clenching at her sides. If he said yes she knew the force of the change might be painful to her again then the half, but it was best to help save the entire team that got out then leave someone behide because she wanted to save herself. No. She couldn't remember her past, but a small feel of leaving someone behide was not in her play book. With a gaze back at the dome she could already see inside fast-moving shadows deep inside the halls as the filled around to get out of their dome to get the kids. If he agreed she would have no time for pain, and she would have to handle it if they didn't want to get caught.

When Raccoon raised his eyes from the ground to see the white-blonde hair coming toward them, a clear gash on her arm, his first thought was that she was insane. His second was that this wasn't going to be good. He already had one person that he was going to get caught with, it wouldn't help their cause if the bad guys got more. Maybe she was going to help, though? He remembered what she had done to the guards earlier, killing them with only her teeth and claws. Raccoon shuddered to think of more blood. What he was never suspecting was when she offered for them to ride on her. How did that make any sense? Was she one of those that morphed into an animal form? That would only make sense. "Yes," he agreed immediately, hardly waiting for her to finish saying her next sentence. If she was offering help, any help was good help. Him and the strange, blood-manipulating boy would surely get caught if they didn't take her up on her offer.

Now the only problem in this situation was the boy he was supporting. He could hardly keep him upright at a stand-still, and he couldn't see how he was possibly going to get him on the back of...whatever the girl turned into. Why couldn't she be, like, a giant bird and carry them? He continued to look at her, wondering what animal she turned into. He really hoped it was a short one, and not a horse. From what little he could pry from his mind, Raccoon didn't like horses. They were big, they were scary, and they certainly weren't the kind of things he would like to buddy-up with.
"Thanks for this, love," he told her sincerely, mustering up a small smile. He didn't think he could manage anything more. He was still in just about enough pain to start bawling, and he felt like him and the world were rotating on different planes, making him nauseous even more.

[Cleo : Van : Blake]

Location: Near Dome Side, forest ahead
Talking to: Raven-haired boy
Pain: Mild 45% Cut on Arm, and roof burned, add on dragon pain
Form: Dragon
Emotions: Nervous, Pained, Angry at White-coats
If you want to get out alive, run for your life.

Hearing the last words she slowly brought her head to meet his eyes that held real sincerely in the souls, and including in the way he told her as well. Taking a breath she dipped her head to let her eyes become covered by her snow-white hair as she spoke. Though, under the short length only between her words where sharp teeth beginning to show each time her mouth moved under the shadow of her hair. "Your welcome. Though don't care about my other form, just once I switch don't move okay," she told softly before she turned away from the dome and closed her mouth and eyes.
In that moment everything froze, and she carefully listened to her heart beat as it pounded in her ears as fast a runner in a race. Though, in a just a matter of seconds her eyes snapped up letting out a massive roaring in human while it switched into a dragon. At the same time her spine snapped out of the human shape to twist her body forward on four. Her hands smashed against each other forming claws with hard grabbing palms, her face jerked out with a nose pushing against the shadowing hair, her hair flew up to run along her spine, and horns gre from her skull to pop out of the skin like roots of hair. A tail long and thick shot of the spine to wrap around the two boys as her mind began to clear itself in the transformation, and before her entire body grew the scales while she stood there in a roar her tail took the two boys to place it on her slick white back against her hair. Flicking back down onto the ground she took a small step forward with her front left foot before her neck jerked back towards her back to mouth one word between her long sharp teeth as the last bits of her memory where filed up behide her usual dragon like mind. Hang on tight, she mouthed as her pupil human eyes faded away to show off slits of a snake dragon eyes. She jerked her head up with the snarl to see the guards now coming out into the open to grab the dragon as well as the kids, and each owned guns. Some began to shoot at the dragon as well as the kids, but with a flick of her tail she knocked the first set off their feet sending the bullets flying upward and jerked her body with a lunge towards the forest.

{{ Hey guys, my replies might be clipped a bit short or delayed these next few days. I've got some problems with a friend I need to take care of. She isn't doing the best. I've also got exams this and next week, so I really have to focus on those and then I'm free the 15th, but leaving the 18th. I thought I should just let you guys know, so you don't think I'm abandoning this roleplay. ^^; }}

:T O R I N:

Torin's head spun as he stared down at the white fur underneath his palms. He blinked slowly, chest rising and falling with every deep and slow breath he drew in. Where was he? What exactly was going on? What was he riding?
Glancing over his shoulder, he spotted the boy who had shot that man in the head. As Torin had expected, he was covered in gore. Frowning a little, his eyesight grew a bit spotted and he groaned in pain.
"What the hell?" he whispered, but let out a short shriek when he was lurched forward. He instinctively gripped onto the fur and squeezed his legs on the dragon's body, like how one would ride a horse. His breathing grew quick and ragged, heart beating wildly against his rib cage. He figured if this creature he was riding (he hadn't bothered to pay attention to the girl's transformation beforehand) was running from guards. Perhaps it was on his and the gore-boy's side. Deciding to go with his gut feeling, he focused on just staying on the back of the animal.
"Please don't kill me," he whispered hoarsely. "Please."

|Raccoon| .:
Raccoon couldn't help but yelp when the tail wrapped around him. He wanted to fight against it, but forced himself to stay still, knowing that the thing wrapped around him was helping him. Saving his life, actually. Sure, the girl's transformation had taken him off balance, but it was nothing like sitting on top of a hairy dragon back and look into human eyes placed in a dragon skull. Creepy. Wholly. He instinctively fell forward in a crunched position when he heard the shots, trying to make himself as small as possible. With his survival mode kicked in gear, Raccoon could usually get something done. That was, unless he was in as much pain as he was in now. It wasn't good. He felt his stomach lurch and he almost fell from her back when she jumped forward, but other than that, he fared pretty well. And then they were safe. They were really safe. Raccoon couldn't believe it when they made it into the woods without getting killed. It was a mini-miracle.

He felt safer with the trees towering around him, more or less hiding their small group of three for the moment. Raccoon tangled his fingers of his good hand in the girl-dragon's fur, thinking about apologizing for staining it with red, but thinking that now wouldn't be the right time to say anything, really. He wasn't in a stable enough condition. The nausea was returning stronger than it had been before, and his stomach was already rolling. After the other boy spoke, Raccoon closed his eyes, leaning forward and accidentally resting his forehead on the back of the boy's uniform. There was nothing he could do now. He could barely move, and he sure as hell wasn't going to be moving now that he had found a nice spot to rest his neck, even if he could feel the strange boy's spine through his uniform. What was the kid's name again? Raccoon couldn't remember it. He thought about telling him that he was going to be okay, but the battered boy didn't think he could manage something to that extremity.

He could feel the girl-dragon's muscles moving beneath him, and even thinking about the movement made his stomach growl and complain. It wasn't very happy with him. No, not at all. Raccoon hated his condition right now...but still, he would do the same in a heartbeat if he got to rewind. He didn't want to be trapped one more minute in the place that he had been for the past...however long. He had a feeling that the rest of them felt the same. Even if someone died, that may be preferable to the containment. Before, Raccoon hadn't thought about it much. He had thought that it was alright, actually, that he didn't mind being there. He didn't realize until he got out just how much he disliked it there. How much of a relief it was to be free, with no roof over his head and no combination lock to get him out. So, yes, he would do it all over again. No, he would not stop complaining.
