Glancing down at the ground, I fold my hands together in front of me. "Ok, I think I'll stay out here for a while...Oh, if Greg needs some new bandages, could you come tell me?" I ask him semi quietly. Turning to the tree near by, I jump up and grab the nearest branch. Gracefully swinging my legs up, I flip myself up onto the rough branch, turning back to watch John for his reply from my perch.

Sonia had gathered up quite a lot of supplies, including a lot of can of food, a few water bottles, and even a bag of-most likely stale- chips. She swung the bag back over her shoulder before she slowly walked into the living room and looked around. She smiled softly when she saw a stack of books, most of them being marvel comic books. She picked them up and placed them carefully in the bag before slowly looking up, hearing footsteps. The more she listened, she realized that the sound made a soft stomping noise, and then a dragging sound, like someone with a limp. Sonia swallowed hard and held up her bat. "Ca-Cassidy?..." She whispered. "Is that you?..." She slowly peered around the corner, and the infected moaned loudly, his face only inches from her. It reached out and grabbed her arm, making her yelp as its long nails tore though the fabric and ripped her sleeve as she pulled away quickly. She almost fell backwards as he foot caught the rug, but luckily she was already swinging her baseball bat, so the momentum brought her forward, adding weight to the hit. She struck the zombie in the temple and crushed its skull, sending its limp body to the floor.

"Yeah... Sure..." John whispered as he walked inside and walked instantly up the stairs, not even making eye contact with anyone inside. He walked up to the guest bedroom, shut the door, walked to the bed, and bunched the billow as hard as possible. He continued to bunch it until the thread loosened and some of the stuffing escaped, floating gently to the floor.

"Thanks!" I call after him, standing up on the branch with my arms out for balance. Taking a nice breath of fresh air, I relax and climb a bit higher into the middle of the trees jungle gym branches. Gazeing out through the twisted branches of the giant old tree, I plop down on a thick branch and take a load off against the tree trunk. To the beautiful song of nature surrounding me high up in the tree, I let my eyes slide shut, remaining awake however.

John turned around and fell backwards, onto the bed. He stared up at the ceiling and closed his eyes hard and growled at himself. He felt his stomach churn and his heart drop as it all began to hit him. He sat up and slid off the bed and leaned against its side as he placed his head in his hands, his body shuddering.

Cassidy herd the comotion and walked out into the hallway, seeing the infecteds body lying on the ground her eyes widened. "You ok?" She looked at the bathroom door that was wide open, "Shoot, I didn't check the bathroom! "

Gregorys stomach started growling, he winced in pain as jlhe tried to get up. He went into the kitchen and grabbed a bag of Cheetos, he ripped the bag open using his teeth, grabbing handfuls of chips and piling them into his mouth he began to think about what they were going to do. After swallowing hard he called to James, "James ... I might not be able to drive ..." he thought for a moment, "Do you think one of them know how to drive? "



James walked into the kitchen and paused putting his hands into his Jean pockets. "I don't know ... I can ask?"

After about 10minutes Lorena opened her eyes and looked around confused for a second. Then it all came back to her and she groaned, thumping her head against the wall. She slowly got up and peeked over the front fence. The street was almost deserted except for a few stragglers limping around aimlessly. She walked back around the house and found Fabian up a tree. She walked over to the base of the tree. "What are you doing up there?"

A bit scared, I jump for a second before glancing down at Lorena. "Oh, I'm just relaxing up here...I'll be down in a sec!" I call as I begin my decent down the broad old tree. Swing down on a low brach, I land on the ground with a small thud near her. "Wanna head in? I want to check up on Gregs bandages and stuff."

"Yeah...I'm still worried that he's going to relapse..." Sorry 'bout scaring you." Lorena turned and walked back in through the back door and into the kitchen.

"Its fine, a bit of scaring is good for everyone every once in a while." I reply, walking in with her. Spotting James and Greg in the kitchen, I walk over and say, "Hi guys, wow, Greg are you feeling ok? Oh, by the way, we never formally met. Im Fabian Sydney Rose..." With a small smile, I turn away and find myself a glass for water. After takeing a couple sips, I run and grab the first aid kit from the living room and bring it with me into the kitchen in case Greg needs something. "Oh, Lorena, could you and possibly james help me return the living room to its proper set up in a bit?"

"I-I-I'm okay..." Sonia said, her breathing beginning to slow down as she forced herself to take deep breathes. Her heart was beating quickly, the fear still causing her to shake.
