Gibbs was walking towards the woods with Roran in tow, when he saw Geoff. "Lance Corporal Dutch!" he called out to him sighting him.

Gibbs smiled at him, "Some of the new Privates took it upon themselves to sneak out after lights out." His voice was filled with annoyance, only partly at Con and Penny, he was more annoyed at himself. And at Dunny, although he admired him for his loyalty for refusing to tell. How could he not have heard them sneak out? What an idiot. "Would you mind helping us look for them?" he asked. he hated asking for help it made him feel week.

Roran shuddered when he heard the anger in Gibbs voice. He was glad it was not directed at him.

Gibbs thought for a second before admitted "Not really they could be any where."

Roran listened unsure if his input would be welcome. "Sir?" he questioned softly.

Gibbs turned to him mildly irritated "What?" he asked giving him permission to speak.

Roran managed to make his jaw move again, "I'm shattered Sir." he admitted, although he wasn't sure if that was just because of the amount that had happened to him today, "I bet they are too." he speculated. "they probably haven't gone far."

Gibbs nodded his lips tight. The boy had thought of it but the hadn't. It made sense.
