Jace smiled. "Race you to the NY airport"

"I'll win!" Ash chirped, brushing her lips across his before taking off at a speed much, much too fast to be a normal human speed. She was pretty sure that they were evenly matched in speed, but with her head start, she might just beat him there.

Jace started running a split second after she did. He ran at the same pace as her, conserving his energy.

Ash kept moving, though she was starting to pick up her pace a bit as she did so, silently noting that they were somewhere around Ohio by that point. She smiled a bit, glad to know that she could still run like this.

Jace let himself fall a few feet behind, making her think she would win.

Ash grinned as the airport came into view, not actually sure where he was right then. She kept her pace pretty fast, though she knew soon she would have to slow down, simply because people would start to question what was happening if she ran into the airport at a speed like that.

Jace smiled, and picked up his pace. He sped forward, past Ash and onto the airfield. He slowed and stopped at a fair sized jet. He touched the wheel. "I win"

Ash slowed to a halt just out of his reach, narrowing her eyes at him. "You've gotten faster..." she growled, knowing that before, they had been perfectly matched in speed.

Jace smiled. "And you've gotten slower. That was quite easy"

Ash moved closer to him, nipping playfully at his nose. "Just you wait... I know what I have to work for now..." she murmured with a smirk.
