Skyler stood with his arms crossed, taking a deep breath before reluctantly speaking. "I'm Skyler. Don't call me anything but that. My favorite color is red, and I don't have a favorite subject."
"I guess we're done, then," Zai said.

(You know.......You could spell them like cat, sank, cease, set, oet, nuff, deese. That's how they sound, anyway.)

Renan nodded sharply and waited for the teacher to give new instructions. (your turn!)

(Looked them up on Google XD That's how *most* of them are really spelled)
(The sept one made the most sense to me since it means the same thing when it's a prefix in English)

"Alright, you should be finished by now," the teacher said, clapping his hands together. "Next, each group will find a desk and I'll pass around some granulated cylinders."

Renan slowly made his way back to his desk, not far away from where he was at the moment. He sat down and waited for his cylinder to be passed to him.

(I think of the one between peh and air as "coo" like a bird or something XD, and the other one as an "ioo." The last is "doo-bleh-veh")

Zai quickly followed after him, waiting while the teacher passed around cylinders, eventually giving them one. "Next, I'll come around and fill your granulated cyliners to the fifty milliliter mark with this," he said, holding up a container of some kind of bluish liquid. After filling everyone's cylinder with that and giving each group a small balloon and a piece of zinc(you know where this is going XD), he told everyone to put the zinc into the balloon, then cover the cylinder with the balloon.

Renan did as he was instructed, doing everything he was told to do.

"Oh, wait!" the teacher said, placing a large cardboard box on the table. "Put these safety glasses on and don't let anything get on your skin. I don't have enough lab coats for anyone right now, so be careful."

"That's a nice thought," Zai said, chuckling as he walked over and grabbed two pairs of goggles, handing one to Renan.

[Muse.]

Renan took the goggles and put them on reluctantly. They were weird and nerdy looking, making him uncomfortable.
(You just wanted to kill/injure them all, didn't you?" *sigh*)

Zai laughed, shaking the balloon until the metal piece fell into the vat of liquid. Soon enough, it started bubbling, slowly inflating the balloon. "Think it'll pop off the top?"

"Hope not." Renan commented, recognizing the experiment.
