Kora made sure that Ryse was following her before continuing in the opposite way of the building. On the way to the forest she wanted to show Ryse, Kora decided to explain it to her.
“Where I’m about to take you is a small forest. There are no animals there besides ones that I’ve conjured. When I was first learning to control my powers, that’s where I practiced,” she explained, “One day while I was there, I accidentally over did it. The entire forest was turned indestructible. The trees can’t be cut down or burned, and neither can the grass or any other vegetation. I thought if I could do that to plants, I could do that to animals. And I was right. Except, the animals that were there originally literally moved in to another forest because of me. So, I just conjured a few more, and their immortal, too.” She took a deep breath and continued, “When we get there, I’ll give you your space if you need me to. Then, you can go into that forest and just let your flames loose. I’ll wait outside and make sure no body barges into the forest unannounced, which is highly unlikely that that will happen.”
They made it to the forest and Kora stopped at the edge and turned to Ryse.
“Sound good? And, again, don’t worry about burning anything. It’s impossible.”

he looked around, no one coming up to them. "hm.. lets go to your house.." he said, yawning slightly.

Ryse followed Kora, her body slowly heating up as she walked. As they were walking, Kora told her where they were going and explained how the forest would help her.
Apparently, it was indestructible, so that meant nothing could be burned. Ryse found that hard to believe, but went along with it. Eventually, a forest came into view. It looked really serene and pretty. The sight of such a place helped her calm down a little.
"S-So...nothing I do can kill anything? I won't...burn stuff?" The thought was both amazing and terrifying at the same time.
Ryse stopped at the edge of the forest and looked at Kora. "Uh...tell Sans I'm sorry for messing everything up, okay?"
With that, Ryse turned and walked into the forest.
It wasn't helping her cool down, but as she walked, she calmed down more and more.

Blue clung onto Alex as they left the building and gave him detailed direction to where he and Pappy lived.
"It shouldn't be too far..." He hummed a little and patted Alex on the cheek.
"I can walk, you don't have to carry me."
