The man had a light dusting of pink on his cheeks now as he looked up at her with a rather questioning expression, mixed with a bit of 'oh my word' mixed in. He soon shook his head and smiled, looking over around to a corner, seeing small sparks fly out of a familiar stall. "he made the finest pair of hedges for me for my garden - and my main source of work is connected with the black smith, so i suppose you could say it's a work connection." he replied simply, pointing over to the blacksmith's stall.

The music sounded so lovely ... she almost didn't want to fall asleep, just so she could continue listening. Before she knew it though, she was soon fast asleep - her breathing softening and her body relaxing to be a bit more straight. Her dreams wandered off to that of a marble-floored room - the walls lined with high shelves adorned by dolls, puppets, and toys of different shapes and sizes.

Kaii felt triumphant in getting him to blush and getting him to be speechless, if only for a moment or two. "I see. So what's your main source of work then?" She halted Achilles and swung one leg around to the other side so she could slide off the horse easily. She pulled the train of her white lace gown down after her, straightening it. "And since you know him, his much would he charge for a saddle?"

"im afraid my main line of work has a 'privacy policy' including giving information on what it is." he replied quickly to the question with a sly smirk. "and if my calculations are correct, depending on the leather for the saddle, and the finer details if added, it would range from about 65 - 125 pounds." he replied. "there is also saddles or the material's for cheaper ones ranging from 35 - 50 pounds."

Kaii's smile widened. She placed a hand over her heart and put a hurt look on her face. "But I told you I killed people for a living. You know how hard it is to admit that to people? It's hard for me to do because sometimes I hate myself for doing it. I suppose I'm doing it to avenge the death of my parents so many years ago, and I drown out people in a river of angst and problems I should have been rid of years ago." She paused for dramatic effect. "Hah! How strange would it be if I were actually like that? No, I'm a heartless woman. And I think I'll buy the most expensive saddle- cheap materials wear down faster."

Alice came out with a few dresses that could bear to wear. She hated dresses and seriously didn't want to wear them but she felt people's glares. Ladies weren't supposed to dress the way she did.

They blushed a little at her words and looked away in an attempt to hide it. "Do you really think so?" they asked in a soft tone. They gave a small sigh, annoyed by how easily they became embarrassed.
