"I guess first off we should find a container tom place it in. Something solid, of course," Ryou replied, his accent seeming prominent on the word 'we' without trying.

"Good idea," Kiyoko agreed, scanning the vendors that lined the streets, trying to find something suitable.

"Hey, Bakura," he called in greeting, walking over.

Kiyoko looked at the new boy coming towards them.
"You know him?" she asked Ryou.

"This is Marik Ishtar," he introduced, "Marik, this is my friend Kiyoko."
"Pleased to meet you," Marik smiled, his strange violet eyes different from how they'd seemed when his evil side was dueling on TV at the famous battle city tournament.

"Hello, Marik, nice to meet you," Kiyoko greeted him.

"Kiyoko, have you watched the brodcasted events from the Battle City Finals," Ryou asked.

Kiyoko racked her brain, trying to remember what Ryou was talking about.
"Battle City finals? Yeah, I think so, but I don't really remember much about them." As she said this, Kiyoko took a better look at Marik. "Although...he does seem familiar-weren't you the duelist who forfeited to...Yugi Moto, right?"
